First of all I want to say how glad I am to be here among my fellow Transformer fans. I am a huge collector of Transformers and I used to watch every cartoon episode as a kid and now own the dvd box sets of those cartoons. I just purchased the 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime on ebay for 70 bucks because I couldnt find him in the stores in my area. He is selling out that fast!!! I've done alot of reading about Opitmus Prime toy and some of the review's are good and some are bad depending on which version you buy. I bought the U.S version because I like the battle damage look. It gives Optimus the wear and tear that he should have after all those battles with Megatron, who w…

Ok I've seen the light and realized that there is no sense in Hasbro bashing. Hasbro has a serious enemy to contend with. A highly anti-american, anti-constitutional, and anti-liberty groups known as the Toy Safty Advocates. And what these people do to put a huge dent in Hasbros creative market will astound you! It knocked me off my feet when I researched these groups in just one day. Folks what these people are capable of doing to Hasbro is a clear violation of Hasbro's unalienable rights as human beings working together to simply make toys in this great country called the United States of America. While there are so many new examples of how we Americans ar…

My son keeps asking about the hydrocannon. He may have seen something about it on the transformers armada show. He says it is a combination of the requiem blaster, sky boom shield, and the star sabre. Can anyone help me figure out if this is real and something I can help him create? Thanks.

Hey dudes, just had this thought…if you could get any transformer to add to your collection no matter how rare, how expensive what would it be…and why? Not being a hardcore transformers collector I don’t need to think back too far or too hard, for me the new Masterpiece Optimus Prime is what I would want. As for why, well MP Optimus is what a transformer should be, super cool to look at…with great bot and alt modes, extremely cartoon accurate…and well just Awesome. :thumb

I've received some insider info about the state of Toys R Us and its plans for the near future, and the trend of losses and store closings is continuing and apparently getting a lot worse, all the way through Kids R Us and Babies R Us. East Coast stores especially are getting a serious run of closings. With the recent loss of FAO Schwartz, the KB Chapter 11, and Toys R Us' past and worsening financial troubles, it seems the toy industry is in a pretty serious slump, like I'm talking very seriously impacting toys as a whole. I've done some (extremely boring) reading and some thinking, and it appears that a significant factor is the shift of what kids are wanting. …

I know I'm going to get a lot of heated comments about this post, but this needs to be said. Face it, we have not had a decent Transformers show since BW ended. (BM was good in my opinion, way better than RiD, Armada, or Energon, but I know no one will agree with me on that) The problem is a combination of the Japanese and Ocean Group or whoever is dubbing it. With Japan, I don't think they can do a TF show the way we want it. They're too kiddie and childish for me. Now, I know some of you will say 'it's only a kids show', and that's true, but so was BW and it was F***ING AWSOME. There has been a steady downhill slide starting with RiD, which was ok, Armada, which sucked,…

Does anyone else here ever feel like they are the only TF fan in the county. I live in rural Garrett County Md. and i'm tellin you guys it would be nice to actually walk into local store and see someone besides the 5-12 year old demographic tearing apart the shelves looking for TF's. I think it is great we have places like here to go and talk about our Obsessive Compulsive Disorder but Jeeez, it would be nice to actually meet a TF fan to shake their hand. And have a verbal Conversation. ANd a little added competition in the toy aisle is always fun. Does anyone feel my pain?

Well, its been rumored Suoerlink Galvatron is smaller, now its confirmed: Superlink Galvatron with Optimus http://www.fantofan.com/news/mag/hobbyjapa...n/apr2004-1.jpg Energon Megatron with Optimus http://www.afigures.com/g/?mode=view&album...ize=800&start=0 :tflaugh :tflaugh :tflaugh As I've said in my column, this is pretty damn stupid of Takara and not to mention inaccurate to the show as Ep 7 of SUperlink shows Megatron to tower over Cyclonus and go toe to toe with Prime's Super Mode...just goes to show you Takara isn't as show accurate or perfect as they're made out to be.... LONG LIVE ENERGON MEGATRON IN ALL HIS LARGE AND SHOW AC…
