Hi! I'm new here. I haven't bought a MP/20Anni Convoy/Prime yet, and I'm curious - if price is no object, which should I get? What're the pros and cons of each? How does the quality control stack up? Obviously there's the battle-damaged/non, short/long stacks, and the cardboard trailor - but what else? I hear MP-Convoy has some joint frailty issues, does 20th Anni Prime have the same problems? Talk to me!

:tflaugh The last time I saw a horrible excuse for an optimus prime was Transformers Machine Wars. That had to be the stupidest, ugliest thing I have seen. I meen come on what the hell where they thinking when they came up with the model for him. Drugs had to be involved that is all I can say. The new Energon Prime looks like something strait out of power rangers for god sake. What is with the skinny legs and plummers fat body, tiny head, pinner arms. All the other energon transfomers actually look cool. Granted Prime looks cool in big rig mode. I have yet to see what Megatron looks like, if he is anything like Prime he most likely looks stupid. I was only 11 when I saw the movie but I remember being shocked when Spike cussed as he fell into Unicron. Did "they" change the home releases or what?

I have heard a little about Transtech being tossed around, and all I can gather is that it was an aborted toyline. Can anyone tell me more about it?

Personally, I'd like hear Scott Weiland from Stone Temple Pilots/Velvet Revolver sing the theme song. On that note I think that STP's last new song (which isn't actually new, but anyway) "All In The Suit That You Wear" would be a cool one for the main song. Kinda like the Nickleback/Saliva song "Hero" was to Spiderman. Suit meaning Symbol.... I think it fits well. I think Audioslave would have to be on there to for sure. In an article in Entertainment Weekly Pinky and the Brain were mentioned as needing DVD treatment, and Paulsen said the outakes were great, (some may have Frank Welker) he also hopped the article would spark interest into trying to get it done. So I am gonna ask if you will help me by emailing whoever needs to be emailed, I 'll need to look first. Also please look for Paulsens email. I would love to help him.

Bumblebee was always my favorite because I was always the smallest of my friends :tftounge I own most of the Bumblebee toys I think (G1, Goldbug, Pretender, Action Master, G2) Anywho, I'm usually not into collecting the toys because I can't really afford them, and don't have the space. However when the G1 re-releases were released I couldn't resist. So now I own the Hasbro versions of Optimus, Jazz, Prowl, Red alert, and Starscream. I'm considering making my own New Beetle BB, and have some questions.. For transforming bits, I'm planning to get a second Alt Smokescreen and dismantle it. How difficult do you think it would be to kitbash a die-cast 1:24 Beetle into Bumblebee? Any suggestions for cutting various parts, where to get odd-shaped hinges, brackets, etc? (I have a plan in mind for BB's feet already, but I'm thinking of a particular shape/mechanism for the hinge, so the hood still works in alt mode) Also, should I try to make my own BB head? Is there anyplace I can get a pre-made one that would work? All help and suggestions will be welcomed.
