For those that remember, I've been working on a Transformers G1 mod for the superhero RPG / RTS Freedom Force. Well, it's complete. It's currently only for the original Freedom Force (not Freedom Force vs the Third Reich), and only has three missins, but more are to come! The download is here: http://www.frpmods.com/index.html And a couple screenshots: If you have Freedom Force, then go ahead and enjoy! (BTW, the guy who did the voices for Megatron, Jazz, and Ultra Magnus in the mod is also the guy who did Minuteman, Bullet, and many others in the actual game - proffessional voice actor George Ledoux!)

his spark and his mind is an amalgamation of all the autobot and maximal leaders past present and future. but with optimus prime being right at the front of it all so in a way primal prime is optimus prime reborn thoughts, comments?

Pretty old to bring this up now but I've been watching the movie again and the thought came to my mind again on how on earth did Bumblebee get his voice back all of a sudden..Any cluee? O_O

According to this article, Detroit is the must dangerous city in America, so why is Animated taking place there? Are they actually planning on putting more mature elements in the cartoon like gangs and murders, or are they just really freaking delusional?

Did you know this season's first episode will be titled as "Rise of the Predacons" and will be a movie long like episode (such as the show's premier)? And the Beast Wars writers will guest write it? And that Optimus Primal would be in this season (with Oilslick, and Wasp & Shockwave coming back and much more)? Well........ in other words this Animated season will probably be Beast Wars in Animated. If you think about it many things in the past 2 seasons have been leading to this. Sari being half robot half human (or a cyborg) much like in Beast Machines. Blackarahnia disappearing so she will most likely return for this Beast season. Wasp coming in near the end of the …

I just watched a few of my Beasties tapes and noticed this about how they named themselves. Firstly, it would appear that Cheetor, Rattrap and Rhinox used different names before they got their beast forms. Only because they seem to just make up their names at that point, and in fact, introduce themselves to each other. It would also appear that Optimus Primal was only known as Optimus before hand. And about Inferno, it seems that Megatron actually named him that.... although I may be thinking of a different character, but Megatron does indeed name somebody.

anyone watch the clips of the recent galaxy force episode? the kids are at the beach and lori is still wearing her regular cloths(i'm going some where with this, bare with me) Gonzo is suppose to be famous for their fan service and would they willingly pass up such a blatant opportunity? no, they wouldn't. it's possible that hasbro might have made Gonzo tone down the fan service since the series has to air in america. now i couldn't have cared less if the topic of fan service never came up but for Hasbro to force Gonzo to pass up what was an obvious opportunity just reaks of blatant censorship and i hate censorship in any form. i guess i should have expected this crap…

Okay, I'm really just starting this thread b/c of last week's episode, "Nanosec". At the end of the episode, after Bumblebee's into-orbit-and-back rescue of practically everyone in Detroit, the Autobots roll out and then ask Bumblebee if he's coming. His response "If it's all the same to you, I think I'll walk" -- according to two of my kids anyway -- was a direct lift from the end of "The Key to Vector Sigma." Other stuff you've noticed?

Since... even though they were provided with excellent, high-quality raws of these series... TV-Nihon doesn't seem interested in fansubbing them... Do any of you know any other fansubbing groups that may be interested in fansubbing Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo? Anyone who would be interested in beginning the subbing as soon as they receive the raws?

It's hard to believe that it's been 26 years since the Transformers franchise began, barely seems all that long ago since the first TF I ever had - Smokescreen - back in the 80s. I've had an interest in them for almost a full 26 years when I think about it, other than the five years when I didn't buy a single one - 1995 to 2000 - since I felt it was silly for me to still have an interest in them, though the interest was always there and I tried to dismiss the Beast TF's as a lesser thing, though now I've come to quite like them, the Primal's and Megatron's in particular. In collecting terms I guess it would be something like 20/21 years, though I don't have that many…
