LOL, the way they treated Optimus Primal in Beast Warss II: the Movie I would say his spark is that of G1's Prime. Yet in the show BW he treated seeing the ark and all within it as something holy and new to him...so maybe he is a kind of second coming, not religiously, but a great leader to take the place of an old one. I dunno, takara and Hasbro have been kind enough to leave big holes that Fort Max could crawl through.

Primal Prime is definitely NOT Optimus Prime. He's a collective persona of many leaders, past and present.

Agreed. It's obvious that he's a Prime. He's just not Optimus Prime. I still find it odd that he was chosen by the Vok to be their supreme warrior. I can't figure out what their true agenda is.

Primal Prime, is not just fused with the Matrix, he IS the Matrix, so he's kind of like the Ultimate Prime.

 

To me it seems like the Vok might serv Primus, or even The One.
