ive been working on him for 3 weeks now,. with limited photos of him i think i got most of the detail on him this is what i got so far. still a lot of work to be done

Hope this is where this kinda stuff goes. Been awhile since I posted a thread on TFans. Anywho,Long Hauls mockup is complete. At this point, I just start filling in all the crap and get the head mounted. Here's some scratch work on Hook. Here's Bonecrushers basic layout. Mixmasters shell.... .....and here's a mockup of his combined size.

Here`s the cap and bed. I just finished painting it today. I`m going to try to finish all of the work I need to do on him this week.

Hi everyone... :wave Some time ago, I asked fellow member Jaf to create a Masterpiece Megatron for me based on the Palisades Megatron Statue. It is still a work in progress... more details are needed like painting, etc. but you get the general idea. When I asked him to do this for me, I didn't realize how creative he truly is! ***So as not to throw off the lengthy discussion that served as research (and thanks guys for the help), I added pics on page 6*** My problem is I can make damn near anything so long as I learn the tools used to make it... It's just learning how to do things that's the toughest part. I really want to learn how to custom sculpt heads and parts, but do it right, like Valkfan or a few others who actually manage quality castings. I'd love to make a Witwicky set, perhaps at different scales (Alternator-scaled, but G1 or Classics-scale would be nice too). I know a company made a set of Diaclone-scale Spike and Sparkplug a year or so back (sorry, can't find the link, but…

After two months time, it's finally done. My G1 Galvatron repaint & kitbash. I had been waiting YEARS to finally feel comfortable enough to tackle this one on my own, but I feel it was worth the wait. As it started out, I was only going to make this a straight repaint to capture the look and feel of the movie, but as I was going to paint his cannon a solid orange, I had a bit of strange luck and the tools to give him a light-up cannon. Thank goodness for L.E.D. lights! I had a lot of inspiration for this work, so I have to give props to Zobovor for the idea. His was first so he deserves the recognition.
