G1 inspired Windcharger Complete

Recommended Posts

That's a really interesting piece - I don't think I've ever seen anyone put THIS much effort into Windcharger, heh heh. Is the finished figure going to be transformable? If so, what are you planning to do with the giant chunk of hood? (also, any possibility of a Tailgate repaint?)

What do you use for glue? Ive been meaning to ask but i kept forgetting. I assume its something that has to be really strong but not dry as brittle as superglue does. This is an area i have always had problems with, i never seem to have much success with glue.

I'd like to know; from where you got the lower legs?

Thanks for looking guys.

You're making him a labcoat, right?

I just acquired some of that gel superglue, whats the difference between it and the normal stuff aside from it being in gel form..

there is no difference. I wouldn't use super or crazy glue on anything that will ever be handled. It's garbage for stability. you need JB weld or a 2 part apolxy glue. PERIOD. that's a fact, not opinion.

:rofl

Can't believe I missed this thread. I always liked Windcharger. Mostly cause he was Brawns buddy and his friends are my friends. :tftongue

But seriously, you might wanna change the title to Masterpiece Windcharger. It's that damn good.

Id probably agree with ya, since super glue has let me down before, but i can only work with what i can afford and what i can get off the shelves...which aint much.
