this is my first attempt at repainting a figure and i thought what better character that Skywarp. I used Krylon semi-flat black, testor silver and model masters (some shade of purple, i don't remember now) i tried plum crazy but it was too transluesent and didn't cover well, it also mixed with the previous layes of paint. all 4 F-15 Seekers Pre-earth 2 classics with 2 Titaniums... just wish botcon hadn't claimed Thundercracker for all time

Hello everyone! I've had this mutilated G1 Cyclonus lying at the bottome of a parts box for a loooong time, and I thought that it would be fun to at least upgrade his arms, and legs, and then give him a nice smooth re-paint... I swiped the legs from a movie Jazz fig. because I liked the size and girth...the waist area matched up nicely...I connected the two halves with a ball joint. Now I have a real problem and that lies with the arms...I just can't for the life of me figure out which arms need to be attached to those slender purple shoulders of his...the answer is out there, and I'm hoping that someone in this vast collection of talented painters and …

Then it dawned on me! now I realize the cone is a little tall but that can be remedied. anyway, thanks for lookin' :)

So I purchased an Armada Starscream on the cheap from EBay. I was thinking of using him for a Scattershot, but after seeing it in person I'm dissapointed. There is SOOOOO much kibble and very little possibility. After mentioning this on another post, Decepticon Rhinox suggested this link: http://tfmaster.com/projects_follow_along_seeker.php After reading it I was wondering, should I destroy this kibble-riddin SS into a War Within Jetfire? It'd be ALOT of work...but... any suggestions?

Hi. Yes, I know this has been done before but I had an extra Titanium SS laying around and wanted to try this for the hell of it. Especially since the Titanium line has been discontinued. I custom painted him to replicate Skywarp as much as possible as seen in the comic. I modded a Classics SS head, custom fit two lightsabers for longer arm blasters and scratchbuilt two shoulder air intakes/vents. I made him a custom nameplate as well for display purposes. Anyway, Here you go. Linky poos as always: Bot mode: http://s107.photobucket.com/albums/m296/Wa...nt=DSC06116.jpg Cyberjet mode: http://s107.photobucket.com/albums/m296/Wa...nt=DSC06120.jpg Gallery: http://…

I still owe STPrime something so decided to put this up :) DIY Mold (Quick and Dirty - The Amateur Way hehe) 1. You'll need a robot head :) 2. Epoxy Putty like this http://www.selleys.com.au/Selleys-KneadIt-...se/default.aspx or Tamiya etc. 3. Just cut a big piece of the putty and mix it until the color is uniform white/yellow (depends) 4. Take the head and put some liquid soap all over it 5. Press it against the putty (clay) 6. After a minute or once you feel the putty is hardening, try to pull out the head. If done correctly and patiently you'll get a mold of the head. 7. Cut another piece of the putty and mix it. 8. Take your new mold and fill it with so…
