well, i'm going to get a new deluxe brawl today(last one died trying to fix the shoulder, xP ) and I need to ask...could osmebody PLEASE give me good instructions on how to do the fix?

 

 

hell, is it even possible to do it without one of those dremel thingies?

 

I need to know ASAP, as i'm going to pick up anything I need when I go(well, that's within my price range) ^.^;

Well, I got a Dremel

 

I carved in the first part, but now i'm on the stuff i gotta do to the torso, and i'm stumped...how do I do the second part? i dont wanna have to buy a 3rd brawl

One of the diamond tipped engraver. The one with the ball if its not too big or the pointy tipped one otherwise.

Nah, don't use diamond. Save that for stuff like hardened steel and stone. using sanding type bits on plastic is usually meh. Go for an engraving bit. They look like dentist drills... fine tip with a little ball on it which is toothed like a high speed cutter bit.

I just close the flaps on his backpack and his shoulders stay in fine for me.
