Hello all. I first saw this Trailbreaker here http://forums.TFormers.com/talk/index.php?...&hl=rollbar After seeing the amazing job Wheel Jack did with the movie Ratchet fig I decided I had to attempt the same project with mine, since the movie Ratchet has to be one of the ugliest toys I own...I didn't even hesitate taking this sucker apart for painting. Respect to whoever did this first...it made the figure attractive and desirable...even my girlfriend likes it. Now I just have to find something to do with my headless, handless Alt. Rollbar...any ideas?

So, I've been trying to figure something out with this guy, basically he's been sitting in flat black with a bit of drybrushing. I wanted him to appear like a huge old steampunky mech. So I intend a bit more detail and color, but I'd appreciate any suggestions on making it pop. The cannons are just on with magnets, so I can still use the saw/scoop bit. I intend to add some browns, tans and some muted orange. Thanks for looking.

I need a primer for my Model Master Acryl Acrylics. The store that is local to me only carries Enamels. Can I use an Enamel Primer for the MM Acryl paints so I don't have to wait a week to get Acryl Primer? Also, can I cut the Enamel Primer with Mineral Spirits to thin it out? Any help would be appreciated.

I wasn't going to post WIP pics of this guy but i am so excited with how its turning out i couldn't resist! It should be finished by Thursday but im going away for the weekend so i might not have gallery pics up until next week. :( Hope you like it so far, i know the commissioner is well pleased with it! Its basically a clone of my last custom voyager prime, except this one is a million times better. I didn't like how my old one came out at all. So many things just bothered me about it but this one everything seems to have gone right. You ever get one of those jobs were stuff just seems to go smoothly and the way you wanted it to? I rarely get that but on…

Here's a random kitbash I've found. Looks pretty decent, too. http://pcwr.kt.fc2.com/top13/log192.htm I'd buy it, I think. Aoi

This is my first time customizing a toy that is NOT an Alternator. Those of you that know may remember me from such customs as: - Alternators Armada Hotshot - Alternators Armada Red alert - Alternators Armada Jetfire - Alternators Armada Side Swipe - Alternators Armada Megatron - Alternators Armada Starscream So, now that you know me... I present to you, my first non-Alternator custom. Movie Hotshot. I had the intention to turn this extra '08 Movie Bumblebee into a movie accurate version, however, after seeing 101 customs (that were all awesome) I figured it was pointless to throw another out there. So, here's alternate mode:

Well it's been a loooong time (and many attempts) but I've finally put together a kitbash of Ironhide that I feel does the G1 character justice. The shell is a mold of the super hard to find vintage Nitto 1/24 kits. It's not perfect and has some casting imperfections, but hey, Ironhide is an old bot so it's wear and tear from warfare. I've included WIP shots leading up to the almost done jammy. Enjoy... Early test. Early shell fit. The shell was cut on a band saw. I used a bunch of very small screws to fasten the parts together (glued too of course). There's a bunch of scratchbuild hardware in there as well, made of styre…
