mainframe should be asked to do the cgi, from what little i've seen from beast machines they can't go far wrong

Do you really think that what you saw in beast machines could hold up within the frames of live action photography? It's going to have to be WAY better than that. Think ILM, PIXAR, LOTR, quality+

QUESTION: AS THEY ARE DECIDING WHAT CHARACTERS WILL BE IN THE MOVIE, WOULDN'T THEY BE RUNNING INTO THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THEY ARE COMING UPON WITH THE ALTERNATORS SERIES. MEANING WOULDN'T THEY NEED TO GET LISCENCING TO USE THERE CARS AND LOGOS FOR THE MOVIE?

Ummm... easy on the caps man. But yeah, they probably will run into those same problems for liscensing. Maybe that's one of the reasons they moved up production another year (2006 instead of 2005), to have more time to get these cars liscensed

Does anyone worry that this movie will turn out as horribly as the Hulk? Or do you expect the CGI to be good, like in Spider-Man? It's hard to imagine a robot the size of a car looking realisitc, especially when it interacts with people.

I don't think the CGI will be a problem, usually CGI of mechanical things looks much better than CGI animation of humans and animals.

With the announcement of John Rogers (The Core, Catwoman, and Jackie Chan Adventures) I feel this movie is on the border. Who Knows? This could go any and either way. I'll wait it out and not curse and rant on it...give it some time.

 

What I'd like to see coming from the writing is solid, well-rounded characters with a well-thought out storyline held within the basic realms of the TF Essence. I think this is what MOST wants, but some I know want a complete re-hash of MTMTE G1 or TF:TM...god I pray that doesn't happen. But who knows...time will tell...

beast wars machines was made 6 years ago, technology moves very quickly in that business so i think they will be well up to the task

I once stated that no because of Scatman being gone, that if they do the movie then Jazz/Meister shouldn't be in it..... i then stated that was because there was no current actor that could live up to all his talents of bring jazz/Meister to life. Well i don't know how or why but it doned on me that there was one that might work. JJ from goodtimes (his real name slips my mind) but with him being older now, i think he is the only one that could pull it off with the same scatman charisma, but i'm only 1 person and this probably won't happen but what do ya'll think?

To be honest I don't think a TFs movie would nessecarily feel the same if they didn't have Jazz in it but I don't think they should because the original voice over artist has been deceased for almost 20 years.

at 1st i felt the same way as stated in my earlier post, but i just feel that he could pull it off.
