Brillint, that's the best word to sum up this chapter and story.

VUNDERVUL!! I realy like it. It ties lots of things together. My only question is from looking at Rodimus VTS's sig,I can't tell which Rodimus is which(fanfic story wise).Which is Rodimus Junior,which is Seniour,and how does Enrgon Rodimus get his form?

Here's how it works out. Rodimus Sr. is Rodimus Prime from G1, and Rodimus Jr. is Rodimus from Energon. He already has his Energon form, as does Prowl, and Landmine. I'm going to write chapter 17 either later tonight or tomorrow, but it'll go further and stuff. If you have other questions related to the story, then just pm either me or Rodimus VTS.

Yup that is exactly right now if you guys read the actual begining of this series of stories you`ld have read that G1 Rodimus Prime had become Hotrod again by giving the matrix back to Optimus then years later Rodimus Prime was needed again so Primus changed Hotrod to Rodimus Prime and at the same time turned him into an Alternator thus the 2 Rodimus on the left of my sig now during the story Rodimus Prime finds out that the last time he and Arcee networked they had conceived twins the Energon versions of Arcee and Rodimus. And thus the Rodimus to the right of my sig. I plan to update my sig soon to make this alittle easier also to show how my kitbash looks now.

Chapter 17

 

Hot Shot looked around. He didn't see any Mini-Cons anywhere. To him, it felt like they just up and dissappeared after the war had started. He turned to Wheeljack who seemed to also have a confused look upon his face. "Wheeljack. I don't get it. Before, these Mini-Cons were all over the place, but now it's like they were never even here. What in the name of Primus is going on?"

 

"I'm not sure Hot Shot. But something tells me that something bad is about to happen. It feels like, like something out of a neural net recall. You know, what the humans call a dream. I get this thing every night. Like somehow, you're going to betray me."

 

Hot Shot looked stunned. "Wheeljack. Man, c'mon. We've been friend since cyber-garten. What would in the name of Primus make me betray my best friend in the galaxy.?"

 

Wheeljack looked at his friend. "You're right Hot Shot. Sorry, it's just been bugging me."

 

All of a sudden, there was a massive explosion. Hot Shot and Wheeljack both jumped out of the way of the crashing building. After the dust had cleared, a fire erupted. The fire was so intense, Hot Shot had to shield his optics. "WHEELJACK! WHEELJACK WHERE ARE YOU?" he shouted. All of a sudden, his comm beeped. "Hot Shot here."

 

"Hot Shot. What's going on. We picked up some activity in your sector. Are you and Wheeljack okay?"

 

"Yeah Prime. I'm fine, but I can't find Wheeljack. An explosion happened, and a fire resulted. And on top of that, we didn't find any Mini-Cons. I've got to go. I've got to find Wheeljack."

 

"Hot Shot. Look quickly. We can't afford to lose too many soldiers. I may not have been leading for long, but this is something both my dad and Scavenger have told me repeatedly. That the loss of soldiers is inevitable. Report if you don't find him, and I'll probably see if I can send any backup."

 

"Okay Optimus."

On the other side of the rubble, Wheeljack was stuck. It was just like in his neural net recall. But he realized that Hot Shot wouldn't abandon him in real life. All of a sudden, there was a shadow. As the smoke cleared, he saw that it was Megatron. He thought that his time had come, and he was about to join the Matrix.

 

Megatron just looked down at Wheeljack. But instead of readying his weapon, he held out his hand to help him. He then said "Wheeljack. Your friend Hot Shot has betrayed you. He saw it fit to save himself rather than try and save you. But I'll save you. I see potential in you."

 

Wheeljack looked up at him. "NO! Hot Shot would never betray his best friend. NEVER!" he snarled at Megatron.

 

Megatron laughed. "Oh no. Just look at this recording a few moments ago."

 

He took out a vid file, and played it. Little did Wheeljack know, that this had all been set up by Megatron, and the vid was a fake.

 

"I guess Wheeljack didn't make it. Even if he did, I've got to save myself. Screw him. My butt's all that I care about. I'll just let Optimus know that he died in a little skirmish with the D'cons." He then proceeded to grin, transform, and roll away.

 

Wheeljack just looked at it. His optice quivered, much like a human about to cry. He then accepted Megatron's offer to save him. Little did he know, that he would regret it years later.

"Is everybody here. Good. Prowl, get everybody's attention. I've got to tell them something."

 

Prowl looked up at Rodimus. "Right boss."

 

After Prowl got everybody quiet, he turned to Rodimus and said "They're ready to listen Rodimus.

 

Rodimus looked out over the crowd of warriors. He then said what he thought was the right thing to say. "All we do is battle and nothing happens. Fighting all the time has left Cybertron in ruins. If this continues we'll have no future. Let's leave and create a better world. Join me, let's find a place that we can call home. Yes, we'll never look back!"

 

There was quiet. The Minibots and the remaining Omnicons agreed, and proceeded to follow Prowl, Landmine, and Scavenger onto Rodimus One.

 

Rodimus looked at his son. He realized that his short time out in space taught him more than any formal military training ever would. And he realized that it would make him an even greater leader than himself. Then he heard a motor coming up behind him. It was some of the Earth reserves. There was his wife, Springer, and Kup. "Kup, Springer, Arcee. What are you doing here."

 

Rodimus looked at his dad's "family" Wondering what was going on, he went over and just listened. The three other Autobots looked at him and smiled. Arcee went over and just embraced her son with a hug. She knelt down, looked at him, and said "I've lost one child. I'm not about to lose another. I'm coming with you."

 

Springer and Kup looked at Rodius Sr. Kup said "While biogenetically, he's not my nephew, he's still family. I'm coming to keep his head level, make sure he doesn't make the same mistakes you did lad."

 

Springer just said "I figure I'll come along since we're like family, and there's no point in splitting it up."

 

Rodimus looked at his parents, and his two "uncles". He agreed with Springer. They all boarded Rodimus One, and it took off into space. Leaving Cybertron behind.

"I'm sorry Hot Shot. We'll have a memorial for Wheeljack later. In the meantime, I've got to talk to you. I already given mine up, and now it's your turn. We need you to give up Jolt. We've got a ship all made up. We're sending the Mini-Cons through a warp bridge. It'll not only send them through space, but time as well. I've already contacted Megatron. He's agreed to end this destructive nonsense and call a treaty. I guess he's realized the potential these things have to not only fulfill his quest, but also ruin the very thing he's trying to control. Cybertron itself. Put him in that chamber, and he'll be turned into a special Mini-Con plate. That way, wherever they land, they won't be robots, but just plates, stationary and in stasis. It's the only way to save Cybertron. I had Scavenger hand over the weapons before he left. Yours is the only one, besides the ones from Decepticons we don't have. Now please. Hand over Jolt. I'm sorry Hot Shot."

 

Hot Shot looked a little angst ridden to hand over his partner. But he realized that Optimus was right. If Cybertron was to be saved, this was the only way. He handed over Jolt, who was motionless at the moment. Red alert put him on the plate chamber that he built. Hot Shot then watched as his partner was reduced to nothing but a plate with the Mini-Con insignia on it. Now he had lost two friends. He didn't want to think what he would lose next.

 

Optimus looked at him. He saw something that others might not. Some potential in Hot Shot. "Hot Shot. You know what. What you did just took a great amount of courage. More than any other Autobot might be able to muster. That tells me that you may have some leadership potential. I'm going to take you under my wing. With the academy ruined, we have to train ouselves along with others. I'll help you. And should Scavenger come back, I'll ask him to help as well. Come on. I want you to meet some friends of my fathers. I want you to take them into the Decepticon territory with me. The Dinobots. This is Grimlock, Swoop, Sludge, Snarl, and Slag. They're simple minded, but only in how they speak, but they understand what we say to them perfectly fine." Optimus then turned to Grimlock. "Grimlock. This is Hot Shot. He and I are going into Decepticon territory to go and get the Mini-Cons from them. I want you to follow his lead."

 

Grimlock looked at Hot Shot. "Me Grimlock think young Autobot not worthy of leadership. Me Grimlock lead Dinobots. But then again, me Grimlock also need to follow orders from Optimus. Okay. Dinobots. Hot Shot is leader. For now. When we get back, me back to leading Dinobots. Understand."

 

Sludge just said "Me follow who in charge."

 

Slag said "Me want to fight Decepticons."

 

Snarl said "Me go wherever told to."

 

Swoop said "Me Swoop say okay. Let go"

 

The Dinobots transformed, along with Hot Shot and Optimus. They then left to go and get the Mini-Cons from the Decepticons. Little did Hot Shot know, he would find his friend there, but not get much of a chance to see him for what he's become.

Yes, well, I don't know, but in order for Grim and Swoop to be brought back in my story, which we'll make a link to later in the story here, they're probably going to have to be killed off. As far as Snarl, Sludge, and Slag are concerned, I'm not sure what Rodimus and I are going to do to them.

Dinobots killed? Why not send them on a mission to Earth?

Ummmm....They're on Cybertron as of the current time in the story.
