"Hey Optimus so what did Ratchet and Redalert say about you condition?" "They said that it`s just a part of growing up." "Growing up? Really?" "Yeah. Just my body getting used to it`s self and the matrix." "I figured the matrix had something to do with it." "They said I should just be careful."

FWOOOOSH!"Woah that was close Rodimus that guy means buisness." "Geez Landmine tell me some thing I don`t know that`s the guy who tried to kill me and my sister when we were on our way to Cybertron." "Well then he`s probably the same guy who shot your sister`s class` shuttle down. So he knows where it is." "Then I think it`s time I had a talk with him." "Right Rodimus just be careful."

 

Outside--

 

"So who are you and why do you want to kill me and my sister?" "I am Cyclonus and I serve Unicron. The reason I want you dead is because Unicron wants you dead." "So then I guess you won`t tell me where my sister is?" "Maybe if you defeat me." "Fine then prepare to be pawned!"( :tflaugh )"Pawned? Right what ever. I`ll kill you with out breaking a sweat."

And with that they lunged at each other both going in excess of mach 5 BIFF!BAM!BOOM!PUNCH!KICK!Cyclonus goes flying towards an asteroidFOOOOOO!KABOOOOOOOOM!and hits just after Rodimus` shot.BOOOOOOOOOOOM! "Fine kid you win you sister is on an asteroid about 37 stellar miles from this very location. I can`t beleive how powerfull you are child." "Well what do you expect my father is Rodimus Prime." "And that is why you will die." FWOOOOOSH!"Nice try but you missed. But I won`t FWOOOOOOOOOOOOSH! KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! By by Cyclonus." "Wow boss you beat him good." "Yeah Prowl but I think this Unicron will be sending more agents after us." "Yeah I know he will."

"CYCLONUS? GONE? HMMM. I SUPPOSE EVEN SCURGE WOULD FAIL AGAINST THAT POWER. MAYBE THRUST AND SIDEWAYS. YES SIDEWAYS CAN EVEN CONVINCE THEM THAT HE IS AN AUTOBOT." "So is that what you plan Unicron why not just have me go? Surely I have enogh power to stop the boy." "PERHAPS YOU ARE CORRECT SHOCKBLAST. FINE THEN IT IS YOUR TURN TO GO AFTER THE BOY HOWEVER THE PLAN HAS CHANGED SLIGHTLY." "How is that Unicron?" "INSTEAD OF KILLLING THE BOY I WANT HIM BROUGHT TO ME." "Yes master what ever you wish."

"Optimus sir to what do I owe this honor?" "Well Scavenger I understand we have 3 missing students." "No sir all children present and-- oh I see you mean Rodimus and his friends." "Yes those are the 3 I`m talking about. I`m worried about them they are only 13 after all." "Well I just got done scolding your son for going into Decepticon territory sir surely you`re not suggesting I send him and Jetfire looking for them are you?" "No not right now any way. They will be needed here if my suspitions about these"minicons" are correct. I feel a war brewing." "I can feel it too sir."

"Arcee I have good news and bad news." "What is it Signal Flare?" "Well the bad news is that I still can`t bring Cybertron up on the comm link." "And the good news?" "Well see for your self." "Did you guys really get the eacape ships up and running?" "Yup sure did Arcee. And we stucked up on energon while we were at it. Now we can bring all this energon back to Cybertron." "Right lets go." and in unison Signal Flare, Strong Arm, and Skyblast said "Yes mam." and so they left the planet in search of a way back to Cybertron.

a short time later--

 

"Rodimus there`s their ship--- but there isn`t anyone here. Should we land?" "No I`m sorry to say that it appears I have failed to save my sister." "So should we head home sir?" "No I think we should try to make the universe better on our way home. We`ll return to Cybertron some day but not for a good long while. I can`t show my face now that I have failed to save my sister. However she would have wanted me to go on and make the universe a better place." "Then that is what we`ll do boss." "Thanks Landmine. So what do you think Prowl?" "Well boss I think we should atleast check in with Cybertron and let them know our status." "Alright Prowl contact Cybertron and tell them that it appears my sister and her class are all dead." :tfsad :tfsad :tfsad "Y-yes sir. Cybertron come in this is the Rodimus one do you read me? Cybertron do you copy? Nothing Rodimus it`s like there`s something out here jamming the signal." "We`ll try again later." "I can`t beleive I let her down and now she`s dead. Arcee NOOOOOOOOOOOO! :tfsad

Just so you all know I`m going to be working on my Rodimus Prime kitbash in most of my free time this week. So I probably won`t write chapter14 until after thursday. Although I may get ambitious. We`ll see.

Before I write chapter 15, I must say, you've given me tons of fodder to work with her Rodimus. I'm going to have to think about what I'm going to put in before I write it, otherwise I'll be at the computer for days on end :tflaugh

 

I have some ideas hammering, like maybe Megatron, Starscream, Demolishor, and Cyclonus will make an attack on a few locations in Iacon, like the defense station, i.e. the police department, the med center, depriving Autobots of medicine and medical needs, and maybe some other locations, like Maccadam's. The drunks going "NOOOOO! Let's blast 'em guys. No way, we're to drunk, we can't even aim straight. If we try to shoot, we might shoot each other. Let's do it. Okay. Blast! Boom! Bang! They all fell down." :tflaugh :tflaugh But seriously. I'll have them make a few mediocre strikes, but in key locations.

Not sure. It's going from the end of Rodimus' fanfic to the beginning of Galaxy Force. So a bit more to go. We still have yet to start the war with the Mini-Cons involved.

I`d guess that the whole story will be about 30- 35 chapters long maybe more when finished. It`s cool `cause MM and I have already figured out the final line in the story or perhaps just the first line to continue the story into Galaxy Force`s time line.

It's nice to know this story will be around for awhile.

Well, I've got a whole lot of free time right now, so I'm going to write chapter 13.

 

Chapter 13

 

Megatron was uneasy. They had a few Mini-Cons for themselves, and they now were ready to strike against the med center on Iacon. He activated his comm link. "Cyclonus, GO!"

 

Cyclonus just circled, distracting Ratchet and his employees. Behind them, Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, and Demolishor, snuck in.

 

Starscream looked around. He was a little unsure. Unlike his father, he had a sense of honor, and he thought that how they were going about doing this was wrong. He called in Swindle, his Mini-Con. "Swindle, Blackout, get in here."

 

The two Mini-Cons came in, carrying a load of detonators, and the charges to go with them. Starscream turned to Demolishor, and his brothers, Thundercracker and Skywarp. "Okay. You know the plan. We have about twenty minutes to do this, before our distraction runs out of steam. Go."

 

The D'cons went around laying the detonators, and priming them with their charges, which in turn would be linked to the master charge, which was being held by Megatron.

 

After they were all in place, the D'cons left, and after Cyclonus was out of the way, Demolishor gave the signal to Megatron, and he pressed the button.

 

Ratchet and his employees started towards the med center, when it suddenly blew up. Ratchet looked around. There were a two other medics still standing, First Aid, and his son Red alert. The three of them were the only ones left. He turned around, and saw Megatron. He screamed "THAT WAS FOR SOUNDWAVE!" He then turned around and transformed and left. Ratchet, First Aid, and Red alert started firing at them. But to no avail, they were gone. All of a sudden, a Mini-Con rolled up. This one was built like a crane. He transformed, scanned Red alert, and linked to him, activating a hidden disc launcher in his vehicle mode.

 

"Whoa. Dad, what's this. This definitely wasn't taught by anyone at med school."

 

Ratchet sighed. He would have to tell Optimus that indeed a war had started, and medical supplies were low or gone.

Scavenger hurried to the p.a. system linked to the entire academy. "ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS AND STAFF. I JUST GOT WORD FROM THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS THAT DECEPTICONS ARE ATTACKING VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN IACON. WE'RE NEEDED ON THE FRONT. ALL JUNIORBOTS AND SENIORBOTS AND STAFF COME WITH ME TO THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS. FRESHBOTS AND SHOPHOBOTS STAY HERE WITH THE FOLLOWING TEACHERS SHOULD THE ACADEMY FALL UNDER ATTACK. THE FOLLOWING TEACHERS THAT WILL BE STAYING ARE HOUND, SUNSTREAKER, SIDESWIPE, GRAPPLE, CLIFFJUMPER, BRAWN, MIRAGE, TRAILBREAKER, AND IRONHIDE!"

 

Instead of a calm and collected reaction like he's told them to do in the drills for just this situation, panic ensued. He saw Smokescreen, that new freshbot, just running towards his dorm room. He then saw Hound. "Hound. You're in charge. Take care of the students." He then ran.

 

Hound turned around and said "Scavenger, where are you going?"

 

Scavenger stopped, turned around, with a look of worry on his face, and said "I've got to find Optimus and Jetfire."

Optimus and Jetfire were getting ready. Sparkplug and Commetor were just watching their partners get ready. Optimus looked at Sparkplug and Commetor, with a look saying one thing. "Let's go."

 

Sparkplug and Commetor went into their linkage modes, and Jetfire and Optimus said in unison, "Link Up." They were charged and ready. Optimus was in his super mode, and Jetfire was ready for battle.

 

All of a sudden, Scavenger burst in. "Good. You guys are read..Are those Mini-Cons?"

 

Optimus looked at his teacher. "Yeah. They are. That's what inspired my..."

 

Scavenger stopped him, and said "Fine. Let's go. You two are with me and under my direct command. Got it. Good."

At the Council Chambers, Optimus was trying to keep things calm on the comm line with Prowl, who was over at the law enforcement center. "Optimus. I can't keep the civilians calm. They're storming, trying to evacuate Iacon. And to make matters worse, we have a incoming ship, but it looks like it's just coming and going to leave just as soon as it lands."

 

"I understand Prowl. Just keep tabs on that ship, and inform me of any changes regarding it. I'll call the Earth reserves, see if they can come and back us up."

"Gotcha Optimus. We'll leave as soon as we can." Rodimus Prime said. He turned to Arcee. "Arcee, tell everyone here in Autobot Base City that we're needed on Cybertron. And tell Sky Lynx to get ready for transport."

 

His wife sent a message, marked urgent, to everyone in Autobot Base City, including Blurr, Springer, Ultra Magnus, and the Dinobots.

On Rodimus' ship, he, Landmine, and Prowl were watching, still trying to communicate with Cybertron. They figured that probably being closer to the planet would help, but it hadn't. Something was blocking the signal, and they couldn't figure out what. Rodimus turned to Prowl. "Prowl. Try and land the ship. We'll let them know in person. Then we'll leave for the universe and what it has in store for us."

 

Prowl looked up at Rodimus. "Right boss."

Megatron had a smile on his face. "Ahh. Destruction. Chaos. Pain. I love it. And it's all able to be done with these Mini-Cons. Let's get ready to attack the law enforcement center. That should send them even further into a level of chaos. :mwahaha :mwahaha

Optimus swung his fist, sending one of those generic Decepticons flying out of his way. He looked up, and saw Megatron. He then realized, that this was definitely going to be a war that was going to last a while.
