No, Energon UM is a repaint of Armada Overload. They were going to call it UM in Armada, but they decided to give ANOTHER Deluxe Prime (the one that doesn't come with the trailer and has better articulation) the name of UM. Therefore, Energon UM doesn't count. Sorry. But what's wrong with Overload? does no one like big plastic bricks with two bricks attached for arms anymore? :tflaugh

We're talking about Ultra Magnuses that use different moulds then the Primes of their line. Nakashima Taiki brought up RiD UM as being the last to do this. Which is incorrect.

Energon Ultra Magnus may not have had an original mould, but he wasn't a Prime repaint either.

 

Energon UM was the last mainline reincarnation of the character to receive a different mould then the Optimus Prime of the same line.

Thundercracker, Sunstorm, and Skywarp, all straight repaints of Starscream, and Ramjet, technically still just a repaint with slightly retooled head. "A Bridge Too Close" made me want all of these guys.

 

Cliffjumper can be largely a Bumblebee remold and I'll still buy him.

Retool Activators Bumblebee with a new head and a new backpiece as G1 Bumblebee. That would be the best toy ever.

 

And if they to make the Seeker clones I hope they find some way of getting rid of that ugly wing-panel behind the head. Make it fold down onto their shoulders or something.

They'll probably do that by redecoing the Activators version of Screamer.

All the Starscream clones except female (if only 1 Sunstorm! ^_^), repaint of Bumblebee as Wasp & Cliffjumper (remold heads).
