I agree about the horns, the seem off, but steaker always had a goofy head to begin with

Prowl does not resemble swipe/streaker in any way,and is getting his own classics mold.

Red alert was a redeco (retool?) of sideswipe though,so yeah,with a new paint job,and the silver rack thingys cast in transparent red and blue,he would totally be awesome as a red-alert.

Nah, on the original figure they shared a head, they'd just have to do something like that. The hardest part would be making a fist that looks believeable on both sides so they can share arms.

 

I have three Punch/Counterpunch figures, I would LOVE to see them tackle an updated one!
