TCC Unveils Classic 2.0 Sunstreaker

So Powerglide's going to be big now. I don't see the problem. This is why the line is called Universe and not Classics. Gives Hasbro more flexibility.

Powerglide was definitely one of the small guys...

No argument that he was depicted that way. But it wouldn't have changed the core of his character to make him larger.

No,but i mean: if you care more about the vehicle mode scales, how cano you not care about a t-rex being that small,or a train/shuttle for that matter.

I understand that the reality of making toys (and, in particular, the reality of making Transformers toys) means scale sometimes takes a backseat. That doesn't mean that I think that out-of-scaleness should be blindly adhered to when the characters are reimagined.

Well, I do think a Skyfire-sized Powerglide would be a bit off-putting, but that's just me. :tflaugh

Not that I care anyway; Powerglide was made from fail and suck.

...okay?

...okay?

...cause, see, he's really tall in that picture...did the attachment work?

Like the G1 anime was known for consistent scaling of characters :tflaugh

I don't see the big deal about Powerglide being an Ultra. So what if he was one of the little guys in the G1 line? How is making him an Ultra that big of a deal?

One more thing.....

I guess this means no Combaticon combiners. If Onslaught is Ultra sized.....

...okay?

oh that's him in the corner, isn't it :redface I thought it was Skyfire

That looks freakishly large to me. I'd swear that I never saw him anywhere near that big in the cartoon.
