I don't like "Starscream" because NOTHING about that toy has anything to do with the original character.

you're right, he's not G1 Starscream. just like AEC-Screamer is not G1 Starscream. it's a new continuity, not G1 revisited. your xenophobia is unfounded.

Like I said earlier, I like most of the new models. I would even like the new version of SS if it wasn't him. If it was a new character I'd be cool with it. The style itself looks very cool. It is just it looks more like a drone.

Call me a g1 fanboy if you want to, but to me that isn't SS and I don't see anything changing my mind till they at least put a new head on him.

Incinerator and Scorponok look AMAZING... I'll reserve judgement for Prime and as for Starscream what a major let down.

it isn't G1 Screamer. for all intents and purposes, it is a new character who has the same name. this movie is in no way connected with the G1 continuity. it's not like they took G1 Screamer and radically reimagined him, they simply created a new version from scratch and gave him the same name. seriously, all of you are acting like every tf with the same name, regardless of continuity, are all the same character.

Well, it's their idea of realism, take the alt-mode, and split it up into little bitty pieces, and have a lot of rods and wires showing.
