Not too sure about that.  Prime isn't that much taller than Prowl.

That looks about G1 accurate. Now Grimlock is at least eye to eye with Prime opposed to knee height. :thumb

 

As for all the Camshaft Starscreaming, it's seriously burning me out. Yeah I agree it sucks that Hasbro's taking the lazy route opposed to the awsome second release Decepticons they released in the beginning . Don't have Battle Kitty as of yet but Deadend, Swindle, and Shockblast rock just as hard if not more so than the originals. It's really kind of sad to see the line diminished to the likes of Rico, Rollbar, Sunstreaker(mine sucked) and now Camshaft but hopefully it won't be long before Hasbro realizes there mistake when all four quickly become clearenced shelf warmers opposed to must by releases like Optimus Prime(take that as you will) and Mirage.

I personally like what was done to the Prowl mode and plan to get one but beyond Camshaft I really hope the trend of straight repaints doesn't continue. Sure it was big in G1 and every TF line since but come on Hasbro have some class. :roll

As for Skids. If either Ironhide or Ratchet they better at least go with a new head because it would be an insult not too IMO.

I have a feeling the Scion repaint will be Cliffjumper. Why? You tell me.

This wouldve made a HELL of a lot better bluestreak than that ghey subaru mold...Still, the idea of an  alt that makes for an easy kitbash has its advantages too...

Relax...the Prime head works wonders on the Prowl mold...just need to trim down the ball joint a little...and there ya go...

well I'm looking forward to camshaft only cos I hated te white paint/plastic on prowl.

That's cool.  Too bad I can't find one Alt Prime, let alone many to behead.

 

I'd just like to add two more things:

 

1. The remolded vehicle mold puts this about on par with Swerve's remolded head and sticker, which automatically makes it head and shoulders above Rico and Rollbar.

 

2. That said, there are no grey cars.  The only grey cars I've ever seen were hillbillies and whiggers with primer coats and Deloreans.

We used to have a Gray Kia Sephia :redface It was dark gray.

If you look at the pics closer, it looks like Bluestr....Camshaft will have metalic flake in the plastic like Dcharge.

I'm starting to get reall meh with the Alternators line.  It was very cool at first to see POPULAR characters reborn.  Now, they are bringing out the characters that are really borderline ghey.

 

But...I have all the rest of them...so...whens this a-hole suppose to hit shelves?

This one is a metallic grey, there are plenty of those.

 

The actual color from Acura this one is supposed to be is called "Magnesium Metallic."

DeLoreans weren't painted. They were Stainless Steel. (making them dog heavy unfortunately)
