Stop making threads called "For Those of You Who Disliked/Hated ROTF/the Movie". Theres like 6 of them on page 1 and they are so similar that it's impossible to care to even click on any one of them because I can already guess what they might say. How about, "Petro Rabbits need to be in TF3" or "Who is Skids and Mudflap's Parents", something not rehashed.

I havn't seen anyone really discussing this aspect.... but what is the deal with "descendants" in Transformers? They are MACHINES - they are built or manufacturered, then energized and given life by the cube, right??? So while on the satern moon, what was with Starscream holding a new 'hatchling' that was dying because of lack of energy??? That aspect didn't make a lot of sense to me. Not enough energy - stop making them. Are the machines having sex for purposes of reproduction?? Is there a queen laying eggs?? I think they went a bit too far with the alien theme on that one. It could have been left out.

I'm hesitant to bring attention to this issue--should I give those who hate the film another source of ammunition--but I noticed a fair amount of reused footage during the film. The scene that stands out for me is Soundwave's introduction; the scene when he receives Wheelie's message starts with a close up of his face, then rotates around to show the Earth below him. Later in the movie, almost the exact same scene plays out when relays a message to the Decepticons. Did anyone else notice scenes from the first movie in RotF?

Okay... According to Bay's take on the transformers, they are sensitive to temperature (as when bumblebee is frozen by the S7 troops in the first movie), both extreemes of heat and cold. Now with this in mind, my question takes two parts: 1) if megatron is suceptible to being frozen, why did he not freeze in the vacuum and cold of space when he came to earth? (Unless of course he did so in a starship, but if you accept the "beginnings" motion comic dvd that was packed with walmart's special transformer's dvd, he came to earth in his alt mode) 2) more to the point: why isn't starscream a popsicle out in the depths of space instead of heading back to cybertron? …

This is a very minor point.. just a little splinter of something that has annoyed me.. I was just curious if it was just me. first and foremost, let me say up front - this is NOT meant to be a pile on of how bad the movie was. This is a very INSIGNIFICANT aspect. (just felt i had to say this before someone over-reactions -- someone probably will anyways - lol). I liked ravage.. his movements.. his use.. etc... but does anyoen else wish the thing was not a cyclopse?? LOL I wish they had given the cat TWO eyes. :wtfLOL Each time I saw him - it was just a little splinter of an aggitation - a personal preference if you will. Maybe i'm alone.

When it comes to the movie series, I know Hasbro has certain characters that they want to be put out there, (Prime, Megs, yellow kid appeal character, etc), and then Im sure Bay gets a great deal of pull behind who else he wants. But in an instance like the twins Skids and Mudflap, both of which bear no resemblance to former Skids of Mudflaps, did he just pull those two out of a Hasbro name hat? What was his reasoning behind choosing those names when he could have just as easily came up with all new names for them. On to another point, there are LOTS of badass names that I'm sure Bay would like, but surprisngly hasn't used. - Warpath - Blades - Blitzwing - Scou…

I have to admit, I am not a fan of the result that TF fans are so mindless that they would like even a very poorly made movie and make it into something much better than it is. I don't get that idea from this board, but it does seem to be the conclusions being made given the gross receipts. My biggest fear is it would create more and more of the same in the next movie. HOWEVER, it seems even Bay himself has said 'if' they do a 3rd movie - he will probably not do the same thing and be far quieter than all the explosions. Hopefully that would mean, more character developing and a better movie. There are block busters that were good movies, got great reviews, and…

Well, I won't go into this beating a dead horse by saying how terrible the movie was with the out of place humor and the weird direction that this movie went in. However, I would like say that for a movie called Transformers, the movie seemed centered more around the humans and their back stories than it did with the robots. The first one was spot on with us at least equal amount of robot-to-human time. However, I think the humans got more screen time in RotF than the robots did. Since the first one did all the setting up of the humans, It should've been the other way around with more backstory going into the robots just like in the cartoons, don't you think? God, th…
