Was it me or was TF2 centered more around the humans than the robots?

Well, I won't go into this beating a dead horse by saying how terrible the movie was with the out of place humor and the weird direction that this movie went in. However, I would like say that for a movie called Transformers, the movie seemed centered more around the humans and their back stories than it did with the robots. The first one was spot on with us at least equal amount of robot-to-human time. However, I think the humans got more screen time in RotF than the robots did. Since the first one did all the setting up of the humans, It should've been the other way around with more backstory going into the robots just like in the cartoons, don't you think? God, this movie sucks!!!!

Someone please tell Michael Bay and the writers that their services are no longer needed for future Transformers movies before the Transformer name becomes a laughing stock of pop culture and these movies are what the Transformers are known for instead of the greatness of the cartoon Transformer universes. :redface

What made it more infuriating is that they were all in the background occasionally making a couple of lines. They only came into the forefront if there was a fight scene.

saying ROTF sucks? huh? i think you suck i honestly i hate people say that

go get life please

^ Will somebody give her a xanax?! Please don't strain anything or pop any blood vessels. :roll

Whether it sucked or not is for another discussion...but I thought there was too much human activity & too little robot action in the first. I thought ROTF would remedy that, and it did in a sense, except the human activity was more annoying in this sequel, so...the math just about ends up the same. :shrug

:tflaugh

i thought the tf2 focused more on the robots then the first one...

There were a third of the humans in this one?

Leo they didn't need, and Simmons should have died, and they should have used Rachel Taylor as part of NEST intel.

i thought the tf2 focused more on the robots then the first one...

Was it that...or was it that there were physically more bots in this sequel? Or was it that the movie was 2 1/2 hours, giving more time to show more bots? I'm still on the fence about this...I think there was definitely more screen time allotted for the Transformers...but was the focus more on the Transformers? Seemed like it was still focused more around Sam than Prime... :shrug
