  2. TF Kitbashes you dreamed of doing but never created them. My short list is as follows: 1- I wanted to turn the Takara Brave MP King-Exkaiser into Rodimus Prime. I had/dreams plans to buying the toy then buying red or tangernine dark orange Rit color dye & color dying the parts orange & red. I got as far as buying the red color power dye. I never did see a out of box Takara MP Brave king exkaiser on ebay for a decent low price. After studying the Takara MP Brave king exkaiser toy mold. I don't think the shinny plastic would have soaked up the color dye & changed color. because thru my rit color dye experience, the plastic needs to be non-shinny &am…

  4. http://forums.TFormers.com/talk/index.php?app=gallery&module=user&user=6066&do=view_album&album=1403 I fell in love with the toy mold for Animated Arcee the first time I saw the toy. SO glad that Hasbro FINALLY released a decent version of Arcee after 25+ years! KO toys showed up with 2 more variants, the Medic and Chromia, blue and green. I spotted those and definitely had to get these little ladies as well. Prime's Angels! I just wish I knew where I put my original Arcee... DOH! KO toys had this great deal, get all 3 variants for 1 good price, so I immediately thought, CUSTOM! It's been 27+ years, TIME FOR NIGHT BIRD!!!! A li…

im looking for some help.. does anyone know of a figure that has the decepticon badge molded into the plastic? the reason behind this is that i want a decepticon symbol on my tfc hercules but i dont want it to be a sticker. the only thing that come to mind is energon megatron/galvatron. his wings and chest have the badge molded in. my thought process is (and im not sure how id execute this as im not a kitbasher) is to cut it off the figure, smooth off the edges and stick it to herc. prefferably to the center chest piece. any input would be appreciated.

  6. So when I got the City KOmmander kit I was a bit gutted at the shoulders and hands/forearms. They were practically useless. Yes it's a KO and it's supporting terrorists but I'm still waiting for FP to make another run of the kit and retail it for £40. First of all, besides these problems the kit is great. Oh I also made a video going over all of this. The main problem areas were solved by just super gluing some plasticard in suitable and effective locations to give more flush joins. For the shoulders, a thin piece of plasticard on the forward, inside surface was enough to reduce the gap and give a snug fit. Pictures a bit washed out but hopefully t…

  7. I'm thinking about Kitbashing TFP Thundertron. I don't like that both robot legs/back beast legs don't match. So I'm going to buy two thundertron's toys. then do part swaps between the two toys to get to robot legs+feet that match. I don't like the Thundertron robot head. as it's super ugly & looks like a pirate-robot head. I've got a few robots heads I'm debatting on putting on Thundertron. I even debatted taking TFP Voyager Ultra magnus's robot head & putting it on thundertron's robot body. I figure the ultra magnus head would blend in with the blue thundertron's toy colors. I'm hoping Hasbro repaints this thundertron toy a few time & gives it d…

This project was commence 2 yrs ago when I first bought this set of powerup prime which I think I should give him a proper makeover in its combine form as the original set didn't give justice to this awesome figure . So I decided to take up this challenge and revive it into a better form .Inorder not to destroy its transformation ability I have tried to minimize the bashes on both figure . My mean focus is to bulk up the powerup prime legs area which the original figure did not add on to the essential features . So my journey begins in searching for its leg gaurds .I did several attempt and finally came to a conclusion which I found the best suitable material to cover its…
