Since chms seems to be crafty enough to take concepts and actually turn them into products "cough jizai galvatron cough". What do you want to see from them next? Personally I am hoping... that since they are on a role with this jizai stuff, they make the ironhide/ratchet that jizai dropped. It looks like the classics ironhide/ratchet we all wanted but didn't exactly get. It would also be interesting to see them bring other concepts to life, like the abandoned classics dlx cosmos. But I kinda doubt they would mess with it since they have so little source material to copy. XD

Does anyone have the Deluxe Dark of the Moon Optimus Prime figure? If so, can you please tell me if it's compatible with the original (1984) G1 Optimus Prime's trailer? Thank you.

I'm looking for a reliable site that specializes in Japanese products (toys). Can anyone recommend one? And it's not just for Transformers either. I'm looking for more then just that. For instance:

Have been trying to pop the rivets for a doomlock for a little while now. Has anyone really LOOKED at this toy? It's kinda crazy for a minibot or scout to be this complicated.

Could someone take a picture of alternator skids next to classics OP, a TFC constructicon, or other voyager or dlx figure? I need to see how absurd he would look in my collection bot mode wise with other classics bots. XD

I just saw these two in stock at BBTS. These were such an easy pass for me, considering I have the earlier releases. I didnt notice any discussions on them (Encore Devs caused a bit of a stir) so it doesnt seem like anyone cared about these two. The thing that caught my eye about them is that they are not Encore reissues, they are Asian-market Hasbro 2011 Reissue(qtd straight from BBTS) The other thing I noticed was the high price of Sideswipe. Encore cars were $35. Ratchet and Ironhide are on clearance at $20 now. This Sideswipe is almost $50. I hope this is not going to be another full line to collect. I think the Encore line has been reasonably priced so far.

No poll. Just curious to see what everyone wants. At Botcon 2010 there was a lot of people yelling out Starscream amidst my single Shockwave vote. A lot of Warpaths too but I think that was alleviated by Generations a bit. So what would you guys REALLY want from any toys coming from the new game? Obviously Optimus, Ironhide, Ratchet, Bumblebee, Megatron and Onslaught return for sure. High Moon has also showed off Grimlock, Swoop, Slag, Jazz and Shockwave (only appeared previously in multiplayer), Vortex, Swindle, Blast-Off and I'm sure theres some I'm forgetting. Sludge and Snarl have also been mentioned as appearing in the game. Aside from the obvious Grimlock…

Read the article here: http://tfsource.com/blog/origin-of-the-species-part-1/ In part one of "Origin of the Species" you can find out that some of the campaign re-issue Transformers in the past 10 years are actually Diaclone reissues. This includes Tigertrack (yellow Sideswipe) and even the gold and silver chromed EHobby Jazz and Streak. Even the Lucky Draw black Tracks is an homage to the rare Diaclone "Tracks" that was only released in Finland. I do not have any of these ones, or their recent Japanese reissues. One thing is for sure. Maz points out that there seems to be a new generation of Pre-TF collectors that are willing to spend gobs more money than the o…

Call him what you want. Butterfly Prime, King of the Transformer Pixies, or by his real name of Ultimate Optimus Prime. Just 2 months after being released to retail, sales seem to be lagging. Why else would Lord of Toys Walmart slash the price to $59.80? That's a 25% price drop in just 2mos. Target is coming close to the same action, lowering their price to $64.99. Question is, how low will they need to go to sell them?
