After visiting www.shortpacked.com earlier today, I noticed that Walky had posted the DPCI numbers for the Deluxes and Voyagers (I didn't know that they were here too). I very quickly decided to make a stop at Target tonight and see what I could find... AND FIND SOMETHING I DID!!! CLASSICS OPTIMUS PRIME This is one of the most badass molds I've seen for Optimus to date. Why do I feel this way you may ask? Simple: He's about the size of a Deluxe and he's still ultra posable. I've never been a big fan of the larger sized Primes because they look ridiculous towering over their troops, and they're usually that big to facilitate to some dumb gimmick or for elec…

I just had to rant, its long over due, and I just have to say he's a piece of junk. I have him standing on my new shelf, one side is the original Powered Convoy, the other is a giant knock off of Bluestreak in red white and blue colors. Magnus looks like more knock off than the knockoff. Its white legs, with white chest, white hands, white head, a DAB of paint and the chrome parts... Can picture Hasbro reps sitting around saying...OH NO, black and red looking OPtimus prime? No that looks evil. Lets make something GOOD, like the good old USA....red white and blue, YES YES how AMERICAN is that. And then, showing more contempt to the Badly colored s…

Cyberverse Optimus Maximus should get recolored into 1986 Metroplex's color scheme as it has similar designed modes & functions. A white+silver+black+maroon red colors will make this look like metroplex. http://awesometoyblog.com/2012/02/11/toy-fair-2012-official-hasbro-transformers-images-and-descriptions/?nggpage=3 http://awesometoyblog.com/2012/02/11/toy-fair-2012-official-hasbro-transformers-images-and-descriptions/?nggpage=3 Looking at the pics above in this thread. this toy is dead ringer/exact updated homage mode for 1986 Metroplex. all it needs to do is get repainted into 1986 metroplex's color scheme. cyberverse optimus maximus has a vechicl…

Finally got Primus, so I guess thats it for the Cybertron line for me. I have to say this was the best Transformer line in YEARS. I am so happy with pretty much everything I bought. Even Metroplex which I thought I would hate, I think I like more then Soundwave, and Soundwave was the figure I wanted the most out of this line. Primus is just awesome. I am wondering though. I don't buy repaints (other then Hot Ro... I mean Excellion), so I guess it doesn't matter, but I wonder what the repaint for Primus will be? It doesn't seem like you could mess with it too much. The only repaint I can see that would be interesting is if they gave him Unicrons paint sceme. …

Hey guys, I guess I missed the news when the TF: Prime figures were 1st announced, but I was wondering what is difference between 1st edition figures and the regular release? I have read many who said that they are readily available now, but here in So. Cal, I have yet to see them on shelf. So maybe I will just want for mass release, or was there really something different about the 1st Ed. figs?
