These toys remind me where the name "Plastic Crack" came from. I'm addicted. I can't get enough. I'm goin broke and I don't care.

The need for these awesome toys in incontestable.

Seeing them on the shelf next to Movie figs makes a line I once thought of as mediocre look like inexcusable crap.

I regret every non Prime (OCD) Dollar I spent on that weak ass line and wish I had tucked it away to spend on these phenomenal toys.

I still dislike the chin thing, but that is petty nitpicking in the face of true awesomeness.

I imagine these feelings will only increase with the release of the upcoming Universe Line.

My luv for the figures (of either line) is not limited to show akurassy.

Me neither -- the movie toys haven't been that impressive to me as toys, either. I bought Deep Space Starscream recently, but I haven't transformed him ever and I don't plan to. He just makes a nice display piece, and he's about the closest thing we have to a real movie-bot.

(I also have Trans Scanning Prime, but he stays in truck mode.)

I definitely think the movie and Animated bots have had the biggest "animation to toy" challenge, more than any other TF toyline.

The G1 challenge was pretty high as well... not that Has-Tak tried to meet it or anything.

Uh, yeah, I kinda have to back this to the hilt.

As for Animated toys to Movie toys being an unfair comparison, I will just say this.

The only reason you would compare a bottle of diarrhea to a bottle of fine wine is if some one were stupid enough to put the same label on both of them.

Well I wouldn't go that far at all. I'm just personally disappointed at the lack of any TF movie merchandise that captured the look of the onscreen robots.
