Which version of Prime is more to scale with the other autobot toys?

Recommended Posts

LOL - Yeah, Ironhide is so not in scale with the rest in that picture, poor guy.

Ironhide's a little too small and Rachet's a little too big (plus, as has been pointed out a zillion times, Jazz probably should have been a basic).

If you compare the toys with the Edwards Airforce Base photo, Voyager class Prime is closer. Look at the photo of the real vehicles and compare the semi to the Top Kick. The Top Kick is only a little smaller than the semi cab in length, width, and height. They are very close in size. The Leader class Prime is significantly larger than Ironhide.

Notice how close in size the semi cab is to the Top Kick, and even the Hummer. The size disparity is not that great as it is between the Leader Class Prime and Ironhide and Ratchet, or even Bumblebee.

None of the vehicles are really in scale

Jazz is larger than Bumblee which is wrong & probably bothers me the most.

Leader class Prime is close in scale with the voyagers however to be perfectly in scale he's have to be slightly larger that Ratchet & Ironhide would have to be larger than he is now.

Out of all the autobot deluxes including Decepticon Barricade Bumblebee should be the largest yet he's the smallest.

Scale as with every Transformers line was simply thrown out the window from the get go.

The worst atrocity however is Armada Smokescreen being a deluxe while Red alert was a voyager. That ruined it for me right there. :tfmad

Hey, Tramp's right.

Ha! Robovision wins again!

Thank god Robovision won again! Leader class OP was somewhat underwhelming to me, bells and whistles do nothing for me. I much prefer my Robovision OP!

from my other post

yeah i think voyeger is closer to scale that leader but i have both so no problems there lol

Actually you have only proven that IRONHIDE is out of scale badly. The rest are more in scale with leader.

my money is on the leader since more autobots seem to line up with him more then the voyager plus leader at least transforms something close to the movie (judging by the trailers) and fake cab chests =teh loose... but i do dig the door gimmik and his legs are cooler... *gets both*

Leader Class Prime is both in better scale and a more awesome of a toy compared to voyager prime.... not to mention voyagers cheat transformation makes my Hotspot pucker.

The majority of you live in America (Amerika, it's wunderbar), you're paying half the price of everywhere else and both versions have merits over the other - so just save some cash and get both :roll
