I can think of one time in the G1 cartoon when Megatron was the size of a real gun... but whatever floats your boat. Personally I'd be buying it because it's a transforming toy and stuff. (G1 Megs was kid-sized and nobody seems to mind that.)

I dont want no stupid 1:1 Scale MP Megatron! It's either MP Prime's height or nothing at all. I'm happy he's a Transformer sized weapon.

Looks pretty damn good. I hope the chest has the decoration on it G1 Megs does, it adds a lot IMO for some reason.

 

If the legs are made of die-cast and constructed properly in terms of joints etc, hopefully there won't be a problem. This is a 'Masterpiece' toy, so I doubt Takara will release a toy with major balance issues here.

 

I anticipate a bit of work on this before release. This, to me, looks like a very early prototype, but still very promising indeed.
