It's obvious. I just find it very unlikely that they would allow the trigger to remain exposed like that on a Masterpiece Transformer.

So then what about SS's tailfins? I'm just saying that Takara hasn't given us a list of "these are the ideals we will accomplish in 'Masterpiece line' toys."

I think it's pretty amazing, personally. Yeah, the legs are thin, but they have to transform into a porportionally accurate gun barrell too. Maybe there's some way they can make the insides of the legs extend outwards to appear thicker or something.

That was done because Takara was bending over backwards to satisfy people who wanted a real looking jet mode. As far as the rest of Starscream goes, he's just fine.

 

The trigger on MP Megatron is easily covered by an opening panel. They could add a non-opening panel on the other leg, for symmetry, and the problem is solved. The extra panels would also make the legs a little thicker.

Maybe an energon mace, his sword from the Japanese ver, and the gun with the g1 ver? Any one or combination of would be acceptable for me. I don't really care, we're getting a Megatron. This coming spring will be the best use of a tax return ever.
