What happened to the Masterpiece Grimlock that Hasbro said they were releasing excslusively at Toys R' Us on July 1 as previously reported? It seems none of Toy R Us has posted the products for sale. Nor is it posted online at ToysRus.com. Hasbro has since changed their site news to simply read "New Exclusive Grimlock" with the TRU information removed. TRU (especialy .com) has been real flighty with the dtaes recently.

ie, they put up most of the new 2010 stuff out over a month early on clearance, then just as quickly yanked most of it down.

 

They probably just put this back in limbo while they're getting their act together. I'm sure Hasbro isn't happy about any of this either.

really this isn't surprising, especially after the botched animated exclusives. I agree with liege, they probably just rescheduled.

Not surprised, since I'd read somewhere that MP Grimlock wouldn't be released until after SDCC. :shrug

Yeah I thought someone emailed Hasbro and they said something like that. We'd have to wait until SDCC to start seeing them.

I would not be surprised if the launch them AT Comic Con.

I've never seen a Toys R Us booth at Comicon before...interesting. They will sell HUNDREDS (at least!) of them there, guaranteed. If I were going this year, I'd get one there too!

I dont think its a definitly I am just speculating that I would not be surprised IF they did have them. It might be a Toys R Us exclusive but it is still a Hasbro item and they do have a Hasbro booth at SDCC. If they do sell them there They will sell Hundreds in the first hour of con. They would sell THOUSANDS.
