I think the #1 leading factor into who they make.... how many REPAINTS can we get out of it.

 

 

Well with Rodimus there is only one possible repaint....hate plague(all red) Rodimus...same would go for Galvatron, so I guess it would be a coin toss.

 

They could get more than one deco from Galvatron. There's Toy, Show, Transformation, Lava Bath, Hate Plague, Unicron(? maybe not. :lol), and Frozen. :lol

The thing with Bumblebee is, who needs a giant Bumblebee? An Alternator Bumblebee would have been roughly in scale with the MP figures. He's supposed to be small. I don't think I'd really want him on my shelf standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Starscream and Grimlock.

That said, if they made a VW Beetle Alternator or Alternity Bumblebee, I would be the first in line to buy it.

 

Bumblebee was released as an Alternity figure, but as a Suzuki. IMHO it actually works really well for him and CJ in scale size since they were smaller in the show and G1 toy. They work for me and I am fine with that.

I would like to see someone do a Custom 1/32 Alternity MP BB as an R32 VW. That would be cool. :thumb

I was thinking last night, doesn't it make sense that the Transformers in the Hall of Fame should be the ones first in line to get MP toys? Afterall, they're theoretically the most popular characters. We have three of the four in there already (just missing Bumblebee) and one of the new nominees (Grimlock). It looks like this next one will be Hot Rod and/or Rodimus Prime, but IMO BB should be getting one soon...
