Transformers Animated Rodimus Minor [Toy Images]

Recommended Posts

I found this pictures on-line while browsing for images of a different Transformers toy (they belong to "gogdog's photostream" [if by posting them here I'm doing something wrong, please let me know and I'll take them off]), I checked the database on tformes.com and didn't find them (doesn't mean they're not there), so I just wanted to share them.

And like many, I hope they do bring it to the market... even if it has to be through the Japanese line of the toys.

he really folds up into a super compact alt mode doesnt he? cant wait til fall to put this guy on my shelf!

He could possibly be my favourite Animated Deluxe, and a contender for favourite from the entire line. He looks amazing. :)

Yes, he folds up pretty well, and just by looking at it you can see it's a pretty simple transformation. And I love that it looks so much like G1 Hot Rod.

Wonder if we could get signatures or something to have a re-paint/re-tool to turn him into "Crossover Hawkeye" like someone joked about some time ago.

I just hope we get him and Thundercracker and the others. I find it sad that takara is releasing all these figures that didn't get the chance to see the light of day over here yet.

Another SWEET animated ride for my shelf... someday :love

I both love and hate this figure.

The alt is perfect and no complaints there. The robot though while it looks good in one spot, it seems lacking in others.

Take the chest plate, it's nice, but it leads to a waste thats just to small.

It throews the figure off.

If TRU does release it, I'll definetly buy it, if not I'll import. The figure is very nice, but not 'backflip' worthy.

One thing I do like alot, it has the articulation the Classics version sorely lacks.

He looks sweet! But there is a part of me that is sort of sad that he's is such a direct G1 translation into animated. Arcee was one thing since we've never had her in toy form like that but somehow this is disappointing to me that there's no "twist" to him.

You guys probably think I'm crazy but that's my feeling. But, yeah, I'll still buy him when he comes out at TRU....assuming I can find him.

I'm looking at some of the stuff in the backround and it has me thinking this is from one of the later '08, or mid '09 conventions.

Safeguard, Atomic Lugnut, all in the Hasbro packaging...

It just seems to familiar.

as much as i really didnt like animated...ill definitely be getting this guy.....the G1 in me demands it...NOW
