i think its becuase you was trying to push your opinion on us...you think just cause you didnt like the movie all the rest of us shouldnt......and thats not right....i agree with whoever banned you...

I was not trying to push my opinion in anyway. infact to me it seems that the only reason I got banned was because I had a difference of opinion than you and whoever. Just because someone does not agree with YOU does not mean they are wrong or should be banned. And as far as I can tell does that mean people should be allowed to get banned just because someone else does not agree with them even if they are not doing anything against the rules.

 

I was really dissapointed in the movie. You do not have to agree with me but that also does not mean I do not have the right to express my opinion appropriately which I did and was punished for. I did not realize we should get punished for doing nothing wrong.

I have to agree with the original poster. Fart jokes and 15-20 sexual scenes/innuendo have no place in a Transformers film. Obviously they are marketing this to kids, right? Do we really want kids to see extreme upskirt shots, dogs humping, BOTS humping, and twins calling each other "pu$$y?" Vulgar at worst and at best wildly inappropriate.

 

There were some good moments, but they were lost in all the "humor".

I agree completely. The few good moments there were were overshadowed.

putting it that way....u do kinda have a point....you were just so negative about it....i thought it was fantastic...yeah i didnt agree with some of what they did....but still...it was awesome..

And I am glad you enjoyed it, a lot of people did and will. I just don't agree with the way it was done but isn't it the right of all scentient beings to express their freedom of speach... Yea that was wrong on my part. Any ways. I think that there was such a drastic jump from the first movie to this one that it really took away from what a good movie this could have been.

i think i enjoyed is so much becuase i went into it with an open mind.......after some of the crap weve had in the past few years....the movies and animated seem to be he only redeeming qualities in this franchise...the unicron trilogy sucked except for armada...and after being dissapointed with energon and cybertron aside from some of the toys....this is what ive been waiting for....kudos to mister bay for redeeming this franchise for me..

i really liked the first one I just couldn't get past the vulgarity in the 2nd one. The one's I liked are

 

G1, beast wars, and the war within comics along with the gi-joe crossovers and the first live action movie.

redeeming the franchise? hardly. It scored 22% at rottentomatoes. That's half of what his other movies averaged. If anything else, it's only TF fans/collectors who've given the movie positive reviews. And with the idiot sex jokes turning off parents, Bay will have successfully distanced the franchise from new buyers (i.e., the kids). Hell, only collectors were buying the ROTF stuff at my local TRU; parents were still buying Universe and Animated.

 

The irony here is that Bay apologists' main defense of the '07 movie is that it allowed non-fans to get into the franchise, and despite my strong dislike of the first film, it actually did succeed in getting new fans into TF. I guess that won't be applicable this time around.

there you guys go with the negativity again...and yes...it redeemed the franchise for me....read my full post....not just the redeeming part..
