Why do people STILL think it's a fake? There have been three or four independent sources confirming this, two of which had been very reliable sources in the past regarding protos of upcoming releases. You think Hasbro is putting all the effort into remolding Tracks into Ravage, then leaking a test shot, only to have fun with fanboys?

What if Hasbro is leaking protos to get our opinion? Look what they did with Tracks and the fact that Meister will be white instead of red.

I would seriously doubt that Hasbro would intentionally leak prototypes. Do you have any idea how bad that is for product marketing?

4. Alternators are not intended to be based on G1, it's a line in it's own right.

 

5. Hasbro changed Tracks because of plastic quality issues. That's all. Not because the 'fans' demanded it. If Hasbro\Takara only did what the vocal adult part of the TF community wanted, they'd never sell anything. They cater to their biggest sector, the kids, first.

 

6. Their UK distribution still sucks though.

If his final name is Battle Ravage I hope kids don't associate it with those canon fodder brainless bots on Energon/Super Link. Ravage and Laserbeak were two of the most effective Decepticons Megs had. They rarely ever failed. How may times has Laserbeak blasted Optimus Prime himself.

The ony ones who actually lie to themselves enough to believe this is Generation One again are the ones who also have to lie and convince themselves that Energon and Armada tie into G1, and they sit and post stupid conthrived ideas that try to bind it together, when it's all ridiculous.
