Why do people STILL think it's a fake? There have been three or four independent sources confirming this, two of which had been very reliable sources in the past regarding protos of upcoming releases. You think Hasbro is putting all the effort into remolding Tracks into Ravage, then leaking a test shot, only to have fun with fanboys?

That had nothing to do with Hasbro. That was all BBTS not realizing that BMW had come up with their own "transforming robot" design for their own marketing purposes.

That being said I am liking my idea more and more of Soundwave as a car carrying semi trailer. He would be BIG (Like Soundwave SHOULD be) and as was posted earlier (sorry I already forgot by who) his repaint could be Ultra Magnus...or Blaster (sticking with the cassettes idea). Plus it would give good ole' Optimus someone decent to fight.

 

Also, as far as I can tell the arms of Tracks are (more or less) inconsequental for the transformation process (save the tires/shoulders of course) would it be possible to do a hack job on the arms and legs and replace them with a black painted cheetor or other beast machine type?

 

I don't know much about BM/BW scale, so it might be wishful thinking.

 

One thing is for sure, this alternator MORE THAN ANY OTHER has arroused quite a bit of anger\dissapointment\suprise\emotion. You gotta give Has\Tak the kudos for shock value if nothing else.

It still never came from Hasbro. People need to ease up on turning rumor into fact, especially when you own an internet toy store.

If somebody was able to produce them, a Voltron style head, and claws for the retractable gun slots would sell well.

Things can get diluted or exagerated in these threads.

I think the companies will stick with the Autobots first, then go with the Con repaints.

BUt it doesn`t really matter to me if the do the Auto`s first then the Con`s. I just want a nice detailed looking product. Not something that looks thrown together for $
