Its good to see Wheeljack again as Wheeljack and not Downshift. But I dunno. I'm not feeling this design so much. Well, I suppose the original didn't give away much about him being a scientist anyway.. but this one definetly looks like he's gonna smack some cons around. Like a Robotic Mr T or something.. ...

 

No wonder I can't help but make a Barret Reference with the guy..

The original Wheeljack was totally stocky!! His voice was also much more lumberjack than it was science nerd.... :shrug

 

I think both of these guys look AMAZINGLY Geewunn akur8. As LMH has said - TFA is giving us the G1 CARTOON Characters we all remember as opposed to the G1 Cartoon as it actually was.

I'm with Hunter on this one completely. Which makes me with Madhammer too. It's a joyous threesome!

 

And maybe Perceptor's glasses act like Cyclonus and he has SUPER-MEGA DEATH BEAMS with those eyes! OH YEAH! WOOOO!!*

I am really enjoying these new interpretations of the G1 characters. Looking forward to what the next season has to offer!

 

very sweet so in a nut shell Wheel jack makes the twins this time round rather then the dinobots. I guess the twins might have some sort of coolness to them after all
