If you look at the bottom of the BFG, you will see it has been molded to fit specifically in the right hand(it has an angle to fit up against the end of the forearm). It can go left handed but looks a tab bit off.

 

As for the shoulders, I think it'll take some work that I'm not up to doing after all. The body seems to be glued together. Aw well, I'll enjoy him all the same and park the BFG on his knee for posing s needed.

Just got this thing, and I love it. It's worth every penny!

 

That said, I'm having one minor issue. The peg on the wind-vane gun fits snugly into Magnus's hands, as well as the hands on the armor, but it doesn't fit into the hole on the back of the shoulder piece. The hole back there is probably about a millimeter wider than the peg on the gun so it won't stay in. Has anyone else had this problem or am I just doing it wrong somehow?

Yep, I have the exact same issue. Also, the smoke stack gun won't exactly stay in either hand, just slightly loose.

 

On a different but same note, I did figure out how to rotate his shoulders more, just rotate the front wheels down from their packed up position and UM can get a straight arm/horizontal shot off.

Mine still isn't here, but I ordered a spare set of G1 Ultra Magnus missiles and launchers off ebay just the other day in anticipation. I'm not sure about the Autobot insignias, but I'll check my reissue sticker sheets. I don't like to go overboard on stickers, so there's bound to be one or two I never used.

what i did with mine is flip it upside down so it doesnt show from the top.

They really should have made some missile launchers for this kit. That would have been a great touch.

If the gun is unholdable, I may just use it as something he carries for some one larger, as long as he can pass it on that is(haven't opened yet)
