How did BlueStreak get his name anyway?

I always thought it was some sort of obscure play on how he talked a lot.

I'm just grasping at air with that though :shrug

headmasters are like the main teachers in a school & stuff

 

Yea I also thought that was a bad name for them as well.

 

When I think Head Master I think as Master of Giving head!

 

Maybe I'm just a bad thinking person or have seen to much porn!

The title for heads of school predates the porn connotations of the word "head."

i think the diaclone one was blue with a silver streak before the silver with a black streak was released as a transformer (or maybe it's the other way round but you get the gist)

it all tied together with his personality and stuff.

 

But then they changed the colors to silver/black/red and pretty much screwed the whole thing up.

 

"Silverstreak" is a name I do not accept because a) WTF that doesn't even mean anything, b) nostalgia > retcon, and c) blue Bluestreak looks way cooler anyway.

A lot of my Smokescreen luv comes from the fact that he got a fair bit of Blue Bluestreak's coloring.

It does make you wonder why they didn't fix either the color or the name before production then...
