What's so batch'n about Silverbolt....what is he suppose to be in classics?

Someone showed an in-box pic of what looked to be a mockup of Ultra Silverbolt. I guess we were all hoping to see an actual prototype pic at Botcon. :(

i really like the new Galvy mold (although a bit too small IMO) and the Prowl/Tankor/Sunstreaker:Sideswipe/Onslaught molds are KICK AZZ!

 

But whats with all the 1st series repaints?!?!?! I like the Aciid Storm deco though. nice. ;P

Did they change onslaught's color scheme? I could have sworn he was blue. Don't remember him having any silver either. Or were those early pics just digibashes?

the only thing good about that repainted seeker is that you don't have to spend $20+ for a seeker you're just going to paint blue.

Starscream repaint is absolutely disgusting. BOTCON sold the rest of the seeker line as Hasbro said they were "done" with the mold and were not releasing any more. And then they release this festering, marblized turd. There simply is no excuse.

Yes, there is. At the time they thought the Classics line was filler and would be done with once the Movie line hit shelves. So Hasbro based their decisions on that. They thought they were only going to get two or three waves of Classics out, and they didn't want to take up spots with six figures based on one mold. They thought they were working with limited "roster" space, and directed their business practises accordingly.

 

Only after Classics was done and over with did they decide to bring the line back with Universe/Classics 2.0. I know it's hard to believe, but Hasbro execs don't spend every waking moment thinking of ways to screw fans.

Tankor and Galvatron are definite buy for me.

have you seen Sunstreaker and Prowl, the look awesome and seem to have a similar amount of articulation as Cl Mirage.

 

How that is fail I don't know.
