The problem with Jazz

Recommended Posts

does anyone think that Jazz's remaining behind, fighting Megatron was a move to stall for time? That is a true leadership quality.

That was my interpretation. It takes balls to fight Megatron on your own, especially when you know you are going to lose and die a horrible death.

Yeah...I mean Ironhide and Ratchet were twice his size and they both acted like "oh sh*t! Megatron! runnnnzzzzz"

I agree. It does show true leadership. Very good point there RR.

Plus - if you read any of the...um...Lunchables stuff....Jazz could turn off his Fear Circuits in extreme situations to allow him to go above and beyond. If you want to view this as canon - then Jazz was basically built with a Giant Balls of Steel program.

Oh, good. Here I was thinking that the movies characerization was as deep as a Leprechaun kiddie pool, when all the time the real meat of the script was right in front of me in the refridgerated snack section. I foolishly looked for answers in Hours of humans telling Donut and Jerk off Jokes and all the time the answers lay between vacuum compressed ham and cheese food, waiting to integrate seemlesly into my cinematic experience.

Maybe when Jazz stayed put he was Null Ray'd? Assuming a Null Ray renders your robot mode momentarily null and void?

WHY DID THEY KILL JAAAAAAZZZZ!!! WHAAAAAAAAA!!!

Seemed like Megs just got to Jazz first.

Look, PC. Just because some of us enjoyed the movie and are trying to speculate on things, which is fun, you don't have to be scarcastic the entire time just cause you didn't like the movie. Not everyone was going to like it. Things that are left out of the film are up for the individuals interpretation, or wherever they can find info, like on the lunchables site with the whole fear circuits thing. Or in the movie guide which says Frenzy has a non-centralized neural net and thus his body parts can function even when not attached to the main body, which would explain a whole lot better why his head functioned fine w/o the body than his spark is located in his head IMO.

Or you just ignore the sarcasm.

FWIW I also won't look up other sources to defend a stand-alone medium, I just take the errors and leave the nitpicking to however cares for it. If you like discussions like this, don't let them get to you. Relax and stuff.

Like I said, not everyone's going to look at the other sources and like the movie and others will. But IMO, since the writers know jack about TFs other than that they're warrior robots that have the ability to change into stuff to blend into their environment, it leaves the rest of the world to come up with explanations for other things. The movie guide was written by Simon Furmon, and he knows his TFs. So I take what things he wrote about, like Prime's spark and Frenzy's non-centralized nueral net, as canon. The lunchables sit is negligable.

As for ignoring stuff, I usually do, but he just keeps going on like this and I just wanted to tell him my opinion of his scarcasm and all of what he's said are bad things about the movie in some of the threads he's participated in about the movie. No offense meant PC.
