Goktimus, your thoughts in your post above has nailed it for me. I agree with everything you've said, and you've said it very well. Particularly concerning the problems with characterisation and the tiresome juvenile 'humour'. I also really liked the continuity cartoon! Disturbingly accurate. I wonder what Mr Bay would say to it? I very much enjoyed DOTM. As an action romp it kept me very entertained, and the story at least was better then ROTF in my opionion. I think what disapoints me about the film is that in the matters you so accurately describe had been given attention, the film

Hi all. Been a while since I've been on here! Glad to see TFans is going well. I'd love to see a complete change of direction in the next film/s- NOT a reboot- but a different tact, perhaps a story set on Cybertron (although I had thought Cybertron had been destroyed by the collapsing Space Bridge!).

Hi all. Been a while since I've been on here! I really enjoyed the film, huge improvement on the first. I do have some issues with certain things, but generally I thought it was a very good action romp! A team of female persona Dinobots (honnies for Grimlock and the others). Swirl - leader, aquatic dinosaur can't remember name of. Like Lockness Monster. Function: Amphibious reconnaissance Stalker - Velocoraptor. Functin: Hunter Saber - Sabertooth tiger. Functin: Stealth Attack Serrater - not sure alt mode. Function: Poss some kinda engineer/tech. Scaithe - some kinda flying dinosaur. Function: I dunno, Aerial Tracker perhaps.

Nice pics of the movie toys hitjim. Even your pics still don't convince me to buy any though. I'll have to see if the movie enthuses me into likeing the new designs. Last week I traded with a guy also in the uk. I traded a bunch of my old G1 toys for some of his. I got Razorclaw, Rampage and Headstrong, amonst others. These have joined Divebomb. Unfortunately i don't have Tantrum, or the Predaking parts. So Preders currently has a small head (Razorclaw's), no feet or fists, and one of my 1 year old daughter's toy skittles acting as a peg leg! I find alot of the middle era G1 s
