Masterpiece Grimlock will be the only Masterpiece who will have a box that counts as an accessory.

"MASTERPIECE GRIMLOCK! With authentic cardboard "Ark Storage Closet" box!"

LOL - that made my night. Sadly. :tfmad

>_O no thank you. I'm not a big fan of the Dinobots, and see no reason to Masterpiece Grimlock. I saw a fanmade custom on here a few months back and it was fantastic, but as time has gone on...I realize there's no need for it.

I hope this is real. If it is, he'll be breaking shelves everywhere next spring. I also hope that TMan's release timetable prediction turns out...best b'day present evar.

Oh, and as long as he's still a brute and faithful to geewun I'll be uber happy.

I just never looked at Classics Grimlock and thought "Tyrannosaurus." The bot mode looked great, but he reminded me of a cross between a rat and an alligator. I'll be happy if he looks something like this:

It would be pretty sweet to get a 12" transforming T-Rex for my shelf...

Hopefully he comes with an apron accessory.

ahh you fucker I was gonna say that :tflaugh

in all seriousness I bet they include a brain helmet with him

and a little Primacron :tfevil

If they are smart though, Im sure the transformation will allow either mode to be used.

I'm sure that's entirely possible. Really the only difference between the to shapes is a couple joints in the neck and tail.

As far as my input goes what I'm thinking is that if they can do a small Masterpiece like Starscream for full price they can also do an extra large one at regular price too. OK, maybe not regular price, but only a little bit more than standard. Whatever a MP Grimlock would look like the thing I want the most is for him to be a few inches taller than Prime or Megs.

Emerje

i thought the classics version was great and i am a g1 pureist. i thought it made him much more like a real t-rex. and his head wasnt 2 inches behind his chest with his shoulders up so far he looked like he had scoliosis (or however the hell you spell it)

on topic: i dont have mp megs but damn i'd love whatever they could do with grimmy after seeing what the others look like. seems logical to do him. i mean they are using the character that through the years have proven the most sellable. and grimlock sure as hell has been. but for the record hell, i'd like to see galvatron, shockwave,um armor, swoop, superion, jetfire, devestator etc. etc.

An MP Grimlock would give me an orgasm so hard the whole world would tremble from it

That said, here's hoping they go with the RED eyes instead of the pansy show-akurate blueness

Seriously, red eyes grey T-Rex > blue eyes grey T-Rex

If you get the joke you're a total geek

I'd preffer a Shockers or Soundwave first, but a MP Grims would be awesome. I just hope they get the size right. He'd have to be EVEN LARGER than Op and Megs IMO. A head taller at least me thinks.

MP Grimmy would be cool, but I hope they really concentrate on the Dino mode.

This may be the one TF that's truly more fun to display in alt mode rather than bot mode.
