I gotta go with Alt. Prime as well. The only TF I purposely broke, just to return to store as faulty (as if the thing didn't want to fall apart on it's own anyways..)

Oh lets not forget Fatty prime. the only thing that saves him is that he can combine with star saber which make him looks more slim

Titanium WWI Prime. It was my first and only Titanium until a buddy bought me widdle Titanium Soundwave (who is so goofy that he rules). Titanium Prime was/is AWFUL. A huge disappointment.

 

#2 would have to be MP Megs for me. He's grown on me in a big way and I now like him, but right out of the box? Most disappointing TF of all time. I nearly ebayed him that first night. The hype had me expecting something better than MP Prime. Nope - far from. Glad I kept him though.

 

#3 - Classics Hotrod. Up to that point, I'd LOVED all of the classics. Hotrod just doesn't do it for me.

Speed Dial 800 was a disappointment considering he was the first TF I ever got to break due to bad QC.

No, one of the flaps covering his face was apparently glued in. The only way to open it involved breaking it. He SHOULD have been a nice toy. The design is good.

 

 

Then there was alternator prime. He just does not like Transforming at all.

Energon Scorponok was very disappointing. Each mode got worse and worse. Why the heck did his scorpion mode look like a construction vehicle? It made no sense.

 

On a good note, however- I got him really cheap on clearance.

Leader class movie Megatron. He's big, chunky, has wrong colors, and is a total disgrace to Megatron as he is shown in the movie.
