Unless hasbro puts a lot of effort into stopping this, their are unlikely to be any toys confiscated. The way it typically works is that a company that is worried about counterfit items provides info to customs on what to look for. THen customs does spot checks. If a company is really paranoid, they will actually have someone who works with customs to "help" out on what to watch for. I've not worked directly with these folks, but i've worked with folks who did. Anyway, I doubt Hasbro is going to extremes on this. I still expect to get my unmodded version from TFsource shortly.

Yes, the orange cap is attached on both - the local import store's one removed in two seconds, the other was permanently glued in, and cannot be removed. :redface

D'oh! And I'm still waiting on mine from bbts. It shipped on Friday morning with 2nd day air and won't be here until tomorrow at the earliest. Dammit dammit dammit! Looks like I'll have to break out the tools, that tip IS coming off, even if I have to grind it down and paint the tip of the barrel black to look like a hollow barrel.
