the uncolored proto looks well... lacking? certainly not what i expected to see, although i forsaw the spindly legs when they said he was gonna be a p38 -_-

the photoshop does seem to add some heft and bulk to the legs, although that right arm... ah well he isn't as perfect as MP01, but i think they did a pretty damn good job. after hearing the horror stories with mp03, i'm a little hessitant to buy this guy until we see some official pictures and maybe a review, but i deffinatly want him and i'm behind him all the way, unless they do something Powerglideing stupid...

Did a quick photoshop colour for everyone: :)

:thumb Wow that looks sweet if it done that way.

its impressive but not MP-01 impressive. I think that it would be better recieved if they made the alt mode a little more out of proportion inorder to give the bot mode more mass.

if he comes with megs energon chain mace to go up against mp-01s axe i will literally make a mess in my underwear. and be happy with it :P

I'll just wait for the tank version.

I ruv it

I have just one thing to say SAWEET! I wasn't too sure about him and to be honest I won't be importing him unless we don't hear from Hasbro in about 6 months or so about them bringing him over like they did with Prime. And you know as long as they have him in bot mode in the box, there isn't a law in the U.S. that can stop the stores from selling him. Since the laws only refer to the sale of toy guns, and if when you buy him he's in robot mode then you aren't buying a toy gun are you? No you are buying a toy robot. :tfgrin

at first i was a bit discouraged over how "lanky" he looked but that PS makes him look a lot better :thumb

also, anyone notice how the prototype seems to be made entirely out of plastic?

I think the ps by LittleRobot.co.nz makes Megatron look less lanky in the legs because it brings out the hip armor that otherwise seems hidden and not part of the toy. That hip thingy gives the toy more definition.
