I am both impressed and underwhelmed at the same time. You never know...Starscream underwent a few changes between the initial prototype and final release.

Shoji Kawamori's final version of MP Starscream is decent, but I didn't end up getting it, not because I didn't like it a fair bit, but I guess I would have preferred the stockier, earlier version. I'll probably pick him up when he comes stateside in his original colors, though. I hope though, on the note of Kawamori, that they don't bring him in for Megatron, he's also the one who designed THS-02, which is pretty cool, but both THS-02 and MP-03 were a little, I don't know, too abstract for a Transformer JMO. I think for Megs especially he needs to follow MP-01's lead and be a bit blockier/more G-Wunny to really rep the "Masterpiece" concept.

Goo gone huh? I'll have to remember that. I asked if anyone knew a good remover in the other thread, but everyone was too intent on continuing Starscreaming about the cap.

 

I think he'll have a little more added dimension when we see the paint apps. I personally don't mid the skinny legs. If they have to be a little skinny to keep the alt mode from looking like a gun barrel attached to a brick instead of a hand I'm cool with it. Also, if the die cast(considering there will be some)stays in the legs and with maybe a little on top he shouldn't be too top heavy. With some sturdy plastic and ratcheting joints in the hips and shoulders the poseability might be no problem at all. A lot of us have been clamoring for a MP Megs since MP01 came out. We got our wish.

You're right. Style wise, besides the head sculpt and huge cannon, it won't match up with the other MP's. Although from that angle the left arm looks a little bulky in a good way. We'll certianly need morephotos.

Is it ok to use this pic in a sig yet? Or do I have to wait for something "official"? Cause I gots an idea.

what's this image? it's at the bottom of the same post. Looks scratch built, but shows of the transformation pretty well.

i like the look of megs i sorta wish he had a bit more bultk around the leg since its looking rather exposed but im realy tempted to buy one now
