I'd be down for a pair of S2000 barrels as well. As long as they're molded in a grey as close to the original plastic as possible and without air holes in the mold.

If you can do chrome I could really use a good pair of Headmaster Scorponok leg shields. The chrome rubs off these things so easily making it hard to find a pair that isn't showing a lot of orange.

It is as I suspected there is interest.

 

So here's what we need.

 

1. The actual part to be replicated. I don't really care where it comes from but we'll need a master to create the mold. You, a friend, a cousin, a group buy, sombody will need to provide this and be willing to ship it to us for use.

 

2. A list of the items that you want. We can do solids, we can do transparents and we can do colors.

 

 

Air bubbles are not something we find acceptable... neither is brittle parts. If we make it you'll be able to play with it.

 

 

We're not intersted in competing with anyone on this, if Elrod and Co. really want the small parts repro market then we say let them have it, our time is limited but we can always use some extra cash and I know that there are pieces that only a very small percentage of the TF fans have that more would like to have.

 

So that's the goal. Share the love among the communtiy and help keep the lights on here at RSP...

Sure, the little bits that always get lost in open box or completely loose pieces. Fort Max guns, store exclusives like the Master Sword, Japan only pieces like the animal and other headmaster heads.

 

Just whatever people want but can't find.

 

The Black Zarak Spear is a good example, or the radar dishes for Scorponok, or seats for the JR, headmasters, hell even replacment parts like Jetfire Antennae (macross version) that get broken often.

 

The idea is to fill an existing gap in the community, not make a million dollars or get famous.

 

Honestly the Albino dude and friend look like they've got quite a cottage industry going with all their tiny little bits.

 

Like I say, if we can help out we are interested, but really I don't see us getting into competition with anyone, big or small, too much hassle and risk, and besides... in 10 years, who's gonna care anymore... we'll all be in our 40's and the landscape will have changed....

 

So while there's a market and people are intersted... we're here to help.
