Mp Convoy/MP Starscream size comparison shot

Recommended Posts

Nah its cool Starscream was always on par with the autobot cars in the G1 cartoon so this is cool as it will fit in with the Alts, however oit would be cool for MP01 to have a bad guy to kick around, maybe just maybe takara are hammering away on an MP04 megatron??? we can hope and pray, although the size thing for MP03 makes me understand why he is priced so reasonably!!

MP04 is convoy (again) with a trailer and hes not a repaint like DVD annie prime hes just like MP1 paint scheme wise

now MP-05 galvatron would pwn asuming megatron as a gun is out of the question

its not out of the qustion for the japanese.

And a size comparaison with binaltech here:

When I first saw this picture I was pretty happy but upon closer inspection MP-3 is not only on his base but also dangling in the air from the clear plastic stand giving him an extra 1 or 2 inches. He will be just slightly taller than the Sunstreaker, Sideswipe and Windcharger molds, the tallest of the Alts, when standing on the same level ground as them. Just an observation. :)

I felt the same way when I saw this pic. It was perfect height-wise, then someone did point out the base. From what I can figure, SS is the same height/size as Nemesis Prime. His intakes go up the same way as NPs shoulders and his head is about the same place and size. Like other people have said, just another inch or two and he would have been perfect size-wise.

MP-03 is the size of G1 Jetfire...

You know what, I think you're right. The only problem w/ that is that Jetfire is bulkier and looks bigger. SS is much more intricate and fragile looking. Still it makes for some cool cartoon comparisons.

I can get kind of crazy when it comes to spending money, but I still can't get myself to order MP Starscream.

At that scale/height I can't really see any reason why Hasbro wouldn't at least try to cash in on this mold.

Waits now for all plastic Starscream/Thundercracker/Skywarp/Sunstorm.

You know you want em. :tflaugh

Unfortunately, that might very well be what I am getting from TakaraTomy for my $100. No one knows if there is even any die-cast yet.

it was weak enough to drop the diecast on the bts. but youd think that they would at least throw some diecast on mp's. i mean even hasbro had diecast on 20th prime. and even on the rerelease as well.

Sure I would like it in scale as well. The bot mode anyway. I may just keep him in alt mode since to me it looks better that way. Looks like a realistic jet. Maybe that is what they were going for. Not sure. But all in all, awesome Transformer.

im still getting him

thats perfect! smaller the better. I really would like to see a US release. I wonder if the size difference would also be reflected in the price as well, if sold in the US.
