Wow, never took a college course in a Transformers forum before...

Alright "d00d," If you don't think the box artwork is suggestive, how 'bout the f'd up manga which is also associated with this line? I suppose that Legion's "tongue" just looks like a big veiny sausage with a fold and a hole at the end of it. Pull your head out of your ass man. "Blot" gets ruined when designers attach sexually suggestive material to a children's line of toys and images.

 

True. Its Transformer porn... It would NEVER fly here in America. since it is a kids toy line and all. But. It s another country... and while I don't agree with the line, I don't feel its anything to get worked up about. Binaltech/alternators are for adults anyways. I mean its not like these are at every toy store, just some specialised hobby stores where they section off that kind of stuff. Love it or leave it. its here.

...and the fact that Binaltech, Binaltech Asterisk and KISS Players are all marketed at mature collectors, not kids. Same with the Japanese G1 reissues - that's why Takara doesn't have any problems with child safety laws regarding missiles, missile launchers etc.

A 5 year old who chokes to death on a toy missile is a tragedy. A 15 year old who does the same thing is Darwinism in action. ;)

So, the real problem here is that the artwork style sucks. All manga is not created equal and there are artists who like to be more realistic in their figure drawings. I think a median type of manga style would have served this KISS line much better.

Its from gaogaigar. I took it down, because imageshack said it took up to much bandwith ((I think)). I have another one, but It wasn't as good as the transforming one.

 

Only thing that weirds me completely out about Kiss is, did anyone notice that the legion and autolooper aren't all machine? Auto grew back a organic arm, now what was up with that?

theres a collector store in town that has kiss convoy. im going to pick it up on friday next week because i beleive his paint apps are good enough to justify the purchase. well, that and spite.
