Alternator Megatron????

Recommended Posts

Too bad desert camo is the order of the day. I'd prefer him in bare metal or dark green camouflage.

MP Megs would be AWSOME!

Alt Megs would be AWSOME!

Even Movie Megs Would be... you get the idea...

Come on Has Tak... Give us a Megatron we can all be proud of!

Basically

Agreed. I am w/ all the others, who cares if they release this in a line where it makes sense, just change the rules and release the damn thing.

It's probably a Supreme-Scale Alternator...for $50, you get an all-plastic combatant for MP Prime.  Perfect to conincide with MP Prime's re-release with the Movie Anniversary coming up!

man i hope youre right my prime is lonely he needs a friend crap that means i will have to buy that big starscream

Desert camouflage is closer in feel to G1's grey than Jungle, Ocean, or snow camo.

If I see a white military vehicle, I automatically think of the UN peacekeepers. Ironic for that to be Megs' "disguise" with "Peace through tyranny" and all.

Either way, desert camo has been the flavour for the last 15 years. I see no problem with it from an agressor's POV.

you know, the fact that the chosen paint job is relatively realistic, as opposed to the dayglow colors that most mainline TF toys have, leads me to believe that it might indeed have some connection to the alternators.

yeah, plus it has plenty of GeeWun fanwanky points of reference... like a lot.

I agree about the tan though. The problem as I see it is that they used the rest of G1 Megs' original color scheme with the tan.... and it doesn't work IMO. Better to make him green or something....... ladeda.gif

i don't  think that's legit. Must be some sort of fanart, the whole body is way to g1ish for something that hasbro would do. Same thing goes for the head. If they were going to use that concept, they would've done it for the classics line.

have you seen the pics of the upcomming Alternator Rumble? or have you forgotten Alternator Tracks? Skidz? the level of fanwankery is about the same.

One thing that I did think as soon as I saw the picture........

"man that head looks goofy"

as in, how it was drawn

not up to typical Alt/BT design sketch standards, methinks
