The shins are wrong. His legs look more like the deluxe legs in the back where the rear of the car is still on the back of his legs. The upper torso looks like the Supreme Bumblebee though. It looks like a Photo-hack job to me but if this IS real, then it's possible that Hasbro could have mixed a few styles of transformation to make this...10th, 12th incarnation of movie BB. *shrugs* I'm pretty happy with the deluxes myself.

 

That's not HA and it's not a deluxe. HA to me is a good scale with Prime. The Fallen or Ironhide would have been a better choice. A GOOD Megatron leader would be nice too but we'll have to wait till TF3 for a good Megatron I bet. Maybe by the third movie they'll get it right.

That's really going to depend on whether or not Megatron gets an Earth-based alt-mode. Movie Transformers don't seem to do well when it comes to Cybertronian modes. I'm not talking about stuff you see in spin-off comics and the like. I think it has to do with the filmmaker's attitude, collectively speaking, that Transformers don't need to transform when they are on Cybertron.

If this bumble bee is an improvement on the HA design style (meaning car seats and interior, Alternators type styling)then yeah I can see this as a cool leader figure. This would mean that we will have a transformer that fits 3.5" figures (what Joe would you have drive BB). But if this is just a larger redone version of the deluxe toy or some half ass version of the ultimate BB (which is a leader figure in both price point and size) then really I don't get the point. If it is a better, killer version or up grade from HA design, then cool.

I like Bumblebee, but a Leader-class version would look a little odd next to the other Movie Leaders.

 

Personally, I'd have preferred that Hasbro had released the Fallen as a Leader-class figure (complete with staff-weapon). They could use the same amount of plastic as Leader Megatron, but he'd be slimmer and taller. I mean, if his second- and third-in-commands get Leader-class toys, why can't he? After all, the second TF movie is named after him.

I could honestly do without them ever bringing up RotF's Fallen ever again. The character in the movie was lacking on all levels and so was the figures of him. just leav it at that and let it die. As far as BB goes, do we really need another one? I know a lot of people like the RotF line but me personally I am ready for them to move on.

If this one has Rubber Tires, a Real Interior (like Alternators) I would really seriously consider purchasing him. I like the Shoulder cannons a lot. I highly doubt they would do that because it would basically kill the HA Version. Anyone know if the HA line is doing well? No one bought the Skids and Sideswipe figures at almost all of the Targets and Walmarts I've been to in my area. BB is the best seller.

 

Who cares about this since Leader Starscream isn't even out! That is one Leader figure I am looking forward to. Optimus is a nice figure, probably the best Movie TF figure, but I don't like the Peterbuilt. I will always prefer the Mack style. :shrug

I'm still not convinced its Leader class maybe voyager? Some Voyager class have lights so possibly?

 

Lets face it know one exept the fans realy care about the fallen or blackout/grindor, and the Leader cost alot. So to get their moneys worth they will make the more popular characters the bigger and more expensive classes.
