yeah.. i dunno about anyone else, but that REAAAALLLLYY looks like just a modded HA BB to me.

 

This is exactly what I thought!

 

If this is legit, it's a bad choice for a leader class toy. Let see who's more deserving

-Megatron could use some redemption

-The Fallen

-Ironhide would kick ass in Leader scale

-Blackout

 

BB I can see them wanting to do because he's popular, but he is a poor choice, so I'm hoping this is just a moded HA BB

Regardless of this being a good or bad thing, hasbro knows no matter how many BB figures they make they will sell. Hasbro only makes a billion BB figures because people keep buying them. if people stoped buying them Hasbro would make something else and move on.

The shins are wrong. His legs look more like the deluxe legs in the back where the rear of the car is still on the back of his legs. The upper torso looks like the Supreme Bumblebee though. It looks like a Photo-hack job to me but if this IS real, then it's possible that Hasbro could have mixed a few styles of transformation to make this...10th, 12th incarnation of movie BB. *shrugs* I'm pretty happy with the deluxes myself.

No doubt about it. There is hope though. Put down the robot. Step away from the toy aisle. Consult with your guy or girl friends till natural innate behaviors have been restored. :tfpwn

A big NOPE on this...

 

The only reason Hasbro's getting anymore $ from me for a movie BB is with the N.E.S.T. 2-pk. And that's for every reason BUT BB ;)

 

I've went BB "cold turkey" after the 1st movie and was doing great until the M-A Ravage.

BB seems like a terrible choice in terms of fairness or logic of a character spread.

 

But I could totally see Hasbro getting the $$ eyes and doing it anyway. HA BB was more than good enough for me... and is in at least decent scale.

 

That being said, I really love giant robots, and ANY well executed Leader class figure. I'll definitely get SS, but if BB really does go leader (which I pray it won't)... I dunno... it will take some serious rationalization on my part to go through with it!

it's a shame that human alliance bumblebee didn't look like this.

 

i wish the chest was a little more accurate,. but anyways.

 

the shoulder cannons look great. the forearms look great, however i wish the hands had a swivel joint. the door "wings" are too far apart. the torso looks great. and the lower legs, knees, shins, & feet look great. i just wish the wheels went into the feet, sort of like ultimate bumblebees feet.

 

i'll probably end up getting this. i can't see these selling very well. by the time it's released the dvd release will be far in the past.. unless they rerelease the movie.

Meh, Human Alliance Bumblebee is enough for me. I'm sticking with one version of each character when it comes to movie toys.

 

Seriously though, if you compare this new photo to any HA Bumblebee, you'll see that the chest, waist, and back kibble are the same.
