Animated Ratchet. His hip joints are so loose and floppy he couldn't stand up straight to save somebody's life.

Alternators, too. Like to mix in an occasional die-cast 1/12? scale to liven it up. I handed a friend a new Beetle car, and watched him try to transform it. On a side note, Mini-Mate figures are an awesome fit to Alternator figures, with enough fiddling, I've yet to have a fig NOT fit. My fav is a fig made up like my sister-in-law, who owns a Scion, paired up with Skids.

Mini-cons, too. Too many have weird proportions and don't stand well.

Hot Shot just made the list.

Good gawd... Hot Shot just trumped Galvatron as the absolute WORST figure of the line. Heck, the absolute worst figure since Cybertron Backstop!

Just a thought, because I had the same problem with Ratchet forever: he wouldn't stand, and the hips were too mobile to support him. You've gotta make sure the hips snap into the torso section when you transform him though. I haven't had a problem with him since.

Ive got his waist thing properly snapped in place, but to no avail. If not for the damn rivet, I'd have already dissected him to see where the problem was.
